Dr. Ryan E Moore

I first had my right knee replaced by Dr. Moore in 2018 and was very thrilled with the results. So when it was time to have my left knee replaced I returned to Dr. Moore for the surgery. I had my left knee replaced in mid 2020. He said I should not be having pain at the three month post office visit. I did not return for further required follow up office visits because the remarks that were made by him to me were very hurtful. Two years later and still with pain, I now have to have a total knee replacement revision by another orthopedic surgeon. If he had only taken the time and listened to me and helped me I probably wouldn’t have to have this very painful surgery redo. I hope this hasn’t happened to anyone else. Enough said. One star since I don’t have any other choice.

Partial knee replacement done in April 2017. Surgery on Friday, home Saturday morning, PT started Tuesday and skiing that winter. Obviously very skilled, warm personality and great surgeon!

Dr. Moore is an awesome Doctor. Everyone at St. Helena's is wonderful and caring. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Moore. Donna Weger

Extremely satisfied with Dr Moore’s ability to explain my surgery Pre/Op, talked to me before surgery at the Hospital and afterwards stoped in to talk post surgery. My total Knee replacement experience has exceeded my expectations, my healing and recovery has been rapid. Walking the first week, independent the second, driving the third, and walking 1 mile the forth. I’m scheduled for my left knee in a few months. Ne’er thought I would be looking forward to surgery but this time I am.

When told my husband was a Type 1 Diabetic, and always has severe reactions with "steroid shots" (one WAS NOT needed) He went ahead and did an injection on my husbands knee, that has us still sitting in ICU as I write this. He had to be taken by Ambulance as his Glucose level went to OVER 1,025!!! Not to mention a Potassium level so high it almost killed him. He stated he did not care about anything our referring doctor had to say, or that we had to say. More worried about his hair & looks.

As a new patient consultation with Dr Moore today I was above satisfied. His bedside manner and expertise are unsurpassed. He explains everything and is so calming and gentle in how he handles you as a new frightened patient not knowing what to expect. Dr Moore spent so much time addressing all of my questions and provided me with an interim plan for pain management while I am awaiting new getting scheduled for surgery. Well above expectation & excellent customer service and bedside manner.

Great doctor,wonderful hospital. Procedure for knee surgery the best. Having knee surgery was the best thing I've done for myself in a long time.i recommend this surgery for anyone who has a bad knee. Jim Burton Retired Fire Chief
