I have visited this office 4 times now - each time I have had to wait between 030 -90 min past my appointment to see the dentist. Insurance estimate was very delayed as well.

Dr.Rosenlicht and staff were absolutely amazing. I had all 4 wisdom teeth out and was dreading the post op, but that wasn't the case at all, literally no pain whatsoever. He and his staff (Jackie) were kind and informative, I received a follow up call later that afternoon to check on how things were going, very relieved to have this done and over with finally, they are terrific. I was in so much pain with a tooth that needed to be extracted. I called Dr ansari’s office and Michelle got me in that day. I was so nervous and him and his staff took such good care of me. His dental assistant Jasenia I hope I spelled it right was so sweet and comforting and even held my hand cuz I was nervous! If you need any oral surgery done this is by far the best place to go!!! I would like to highly recommend Dr Ansari and the staff at Ansari and Rosenlicht, Oral Surgeons especially Laura his assistant, who was excellent during my procedure on Tuesday, she held my hand the entire time and let me know she was not going to leave me. Now let me tell you about Dr Ansari my oral surgeon, he was awesome. Dr Ansari listened and answered all my concerns. I had so much anxiety I wanted to be put to sleep for the procedure. He then reassured me I had nothing to fear. He was going to make sure I had enough meds that I would feel absolutely nothing and then after the meds took effect, he said to me how do you feel, do you feel comfortable. I was recommended to this service because my brother had a oral surgery around a year ago with the office. I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out at Dr. Ansaris office and was very nervous and scared. However, my experience was beyond comfortable thanks to the help of Dana and Alicia! Dr. Ansari as well as the anesthesiologist Dr. Eric did an amazing job with my surgery, and it’s made a huge difference in the aftercare and healing process. Dr. Ansari and his entire staff are fantastic. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. There is always great follow up. I am extremely happy with Dr. Ansari's work and highly recommend him.

The West Hartford Jawfixers team is wonderful. First time using them and they made a great impression on me. Professional and compassionate staff. Great listeners and problem solvers. Beautiful and welcoming environment and ambiance. Jen is warm, flexible, pleasant, professional and has super follow up. Jackie is warm, patient, professional and efficient. Great experience on my first time being out under.

Two of my daughters had their wisdom teeth removed here. The staff is top-notch and the care could not be better. The office staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and so caring in the post-op follow-up. I would recommend this practie to anyone.

I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction eval and was given a brochure about the procedure and what to expect, saw the doctor for a total of 2 minutes. The secretary then gave me a write up the costs of the procedure which were around $5000. At this time i was told i needed to pay up front before the procedure and i couldn’t use my HSA to pay. She said i had to pay upfront because i would never see the doctor again (so no follow up after 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed...hmmmm sketchy). And the worst part is, i was billed $215 for the “consult” where i spoke to the doc for a couple minutes and handed a brochure!!! My insurance didn’t cover it because his west Hartford address wasn’t listed correctly on the insurance website!!!

Wish there was more than five stars, from Jackie to Dr. Ansari what an amazing experience. I don’t know anyone who is excited to go to the dentist especially a specialist! They took such a difficult situation and made me feel so comfortable. They truly care about me and made me feel so comfortable! I highly recommend Dr. Ansari and his incredible staff!!! Thank you Dr. Ansari so much for everything and Jackie, my very first call you made me feel welcome!!. I also can’t forget Jen! Thank you all!!! Oh and the office...so clean and state of the art!!! don’t think twice call Dr. Ansari you will not regret it!

If I could give 100 stars I would! Dr. Ansari and his incredible team are nothing short of amazing. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety and my experience two weeks ago went amazingly well thanks to Dr. Ansari he was so kind, listened to all my questions and concerns and took the time to go over everything with me. Regarding his incredible staff, Michelle was the first person I was in contact with via phone this woman was so kind it blew me away. The day of the major "event" I had Taylor and Dana assisting Dr, Ansari and they were equally incredible with their kindness. If I'm missing others that attended to me I apologize. Lastly "Dana", this woman is a angel. She contacted me multiple times after the surgery and throughout the weekend to check on me. The kindness she showed me was beyond exceptional. Outstanding, 5 stars ***** for sure I was so nervous but have to say I never felt pain some pressure an in minutes voila we were done highly recommended. Dr. Ansari is the best and chair manners very kind and thoughtful to patient needs. I had so much fun! I have never had any mouth work done before, so I was a little nervous before coming in. Dr. Ansari and Dana were amazing. I used laughing gas and local anesthesia and had a blast! I felt like I was in a cloud and I wish I had more wisdom teeth to take out because I genuinely had a really fun time. Dr Ansari removed my sons 4 impacted wisdom teeth and 1 was at a 90% angle. I was impressed with Dr Ansari and the office staff. Everyone was very friendly, listened to questions and answer clearly. They took very good care of my son and called to check on him later that day. I was very happy they had multiple after hours contact numbers Incase there was any issues (happy I didn’t need them). We had a great experience with Dr. Ansari! My wife had an X-Ray from her dentist that showed an irregularity and not only was Dr. Ansari able to see us the next day, rather than stressing over the weekend, but he was also able to reassure her that everything was fine. From the first phone call to book our appointments through the surgery the office and staff were awesome. Dana and Taylor took great care of one twin, while Kait and Ellis took great care of the other. I would highly recommend Dr. Ansari and his staff. My experience with Dr. Ansari and his staff of Dana and Ellis was outstanding. I was a little anxious about having all four wisdom teeth removed in one shot, but I must say the procedure went far better than I had expected. These folks are clearly highly trained professionals who know exactly how to perform this procedure in the most efficient and comfortable way possible. Dr. Ansari removed my wisdom teeth. I had a very good experience. His staff is kind and friendly which helped put me at ease. They were also very accommodating with my schedule . Very professional operation. Emergency extraction of molar in December followed by implant in August with excellent outcome.

I would not hesitate at all to return for future oral surgery if needed. Dr. Ansari is very personable and passionate about his work. The surgery went very well and healed nicely. The West Hartford office I visited is extremely well run and on both visits I was greeted with a smile and friendliness without hesitation.

I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, and I am so glad I went to this office to get it done. It's funny how telling people that you're going to go get your wisdom teeth out compels them to tell you in detail about how much they suffered when they got theirs out. So by the time the day came, I was completely terrified of the procedure, but was put at ease as soon as I started talking to Dana. This woman is absolutely wonderful and has been checking up with me since I left. Thank you, Dana! I also need to thank Dr. Rosenlicht. I could tell I was in great hands right away, which is evidenced in how I'm feeling now. It's not much more than 24 hours after my surgery and I'm already feeling pretty great, and I've barely any needed medication to handle the pain. Everything went 1000% better than I was expecting.
