Dr. Saka Armide Kazeem

Dr. Kazeem has been my endo since I was diagnosed with diabetes ten years ago. Under his care I went from taking Lantus and metformin with an A1C of 12.6 to no meds and an A1C of 5.7. He is a caring and extremely knowledgeable doctor who stays current with the latest methods for managing diabetes. Note as of 3/23 my A1C is 5.3!!!!!

The absolute worst. Waited more than 4 hours to not be seen by a doctor. Came in 30 mins early for my appointment. They have 2-4 doctors to see patients but only one I could see actually tending to patients.

The Dr. was personable, timely with a deep sense of empathy and understanding of my needs which he was amenable while being professional.

Dr. Kazeem was very thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. He is very diligent trying to arrive at a treatment plan for my diagnosis.

Been going to Dr Kazeem for over 20yrs, good for our community

I have been a patient of Dr Kazeem for about 20 years. On this visit he is patient, caring, takes time to listen to your concerns. Waiting to see him is a long wait. I want to say a special thank you to Monica the office manager. She takes her job seriously, follows up with you and is soo dependable. I highly recommend Dr Kazeem for your endocrine issues.

My last visit the Experience was better than previous the have to get better with scheduling you can't put fifteen people on the same time

Dr Kazeem is always prepared with my labs and chart for our televisits. He is straightforward and clear in explaining my results and treatment. He is a very busy doctor so there is always a wait for the televisits. Be prepared to set aside an hour past the the appointment time to talk to Dr Kazeem. Most importantly, he is respectful and professional and a very good doctor. Dr Kazeem is always prepared with my labs and chart for our televisits. The doctor is really good, the office is TERRIBLE. They waste patients time and don't care.

Dr. Kazeem is amazing HOWEVER this establishment is severely overbooked. I’ve been here since 11:30am for my appointment I was triaged 5 mins ago. I’m now walking out, unseen by the doctor at 2:53pm.

While the doctors and nurses here are nice they ALWAYS over book themselves. I had a 10:30am appointment and wasn't seen by the nurse until 12 noon and didn't finish with my visit until 1:30pm. Just horrible. I am not sure why they book like this but they need another practice because people can't wait their while day to maybe see the doctor. On this visit I didn't even see the Doctor I was here to see just the assistant physician. While the doctors and nurses here are nice they ALWAYS over book themselves. Dr Kazeem and his staff always do whatever they can to make my experiences pleasant and efficient, in both a personalized and professional manner.

I find my visit was very helpful and pleasant staff was very knowledgeable and courteous

This is the worst place to go to. The service is terrible. Please find another location. I’ve come 3 times and each time I have had to wait 2-3 hours AFTER my set appointment time to be seen. Not efficient. One of the receptionist had a terrible attitude. The male receptionist is nice but that’s not enough to make up for the lack of efficiency. Despicable. Dr. Kazeem is the best Doctor I have in a long time

The doctor was about an hour late which ran into anorher important appointment. I could not focus on what the doctor was telling me because my attention was on my next appointment.

Dr. Kazeem is patient and kind and very thorough. I would recommend him to anyone considering a new physician.

This Doctors office is down right horrible. The staff books appointments only to tell you the Doctor had an emergency when you arrive even thou I called prior to getting to my appointment.Today they claimed the doctors brother died last week it was another emergency and another relative died. I will definitely find another doctor if this place didn’t collect my labs. They cater to mostly minorities and the place is a mess. The Doctor obviously does not care about his patients. Everyone was very professional helpful and patient.

Long wait but worth the wait Dr Kazeem is the best

Was very satisfied with staff. They were very very professional. Dr Kaseem was very patient and listened to my complaints.

The doctors are really good but the staff coordination is the worst I have ever seen. I know that going to the doctor it usually means a long wait, but they have taken up to three hours to see me. There's no coordination at all, the front desk receptionist are awful too, they can be very arrogant and you ask too many questions they might dismiss you. I was told to go see Dr. Mansour at 1p.m I arrived and there was 3 people ahead of me (I asked the receptionist) I was seen 3 1/2 hours later, they put two more patients in between (God knows why if it's a first come first served system). I finished my appointment and their printing machine was not working. They never sent me the paper work they were supposed to through email or mail. Now I called and apparently my appointment was changed the doctor to the week before. No notice given, I did the COVID TEST FOR NOTHING. Now they have rescheduled my appointment for January As far as the Dr. Kazeem staff, I actually had a hard start with all of them because of their lack of empathy. Very Good

Dr Kazeem is a great doctor he has a calming force when interacting with his patients , this trait always make me comfortable when meeting with him.

Dr. Kazeem was very thorough. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I just began my treatment a week ago and I'm doing better and, am looking forward to my follow up to see how well I've done under his direction. His staff is kind and knowledgeable as well.

DISORGANIZED, never answers phone. Gave us an 8 am appointment. Staff showed up at 8:40. It is now 10:15 and still waiting. This is very unprofessional. My mother who is disabled woke up at 6 am so we could make it on time. We made it on time to have her sitting

I called the office MULTIPLE TIMES, and no one picked up. When I arrived to the doctors office, I had to wait for over 2 1/2 hours, and the front desk lady was abrasive and rude. The doctors/assistants were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, however the front desk staff lacked manners. I don’t know if the lady had a bad day, but the way she spoke to the other patients was horrible. The next thing is their faulty website. We have the option to schedule appointments on there, but when you show up on the day of the appt, somehow the front desk staff does not get confirmation of your appointment, so they turn you away and reschedule you for a different time. They need to stop wasting people’s time and money, and be more ORGANIZED. It’s a shame that they have great doctors, but RUDE front desk staff. Horrible doctor. Literally the worst doctor I have ever been to. Once it took over a month for them to fill a prescription of mine. They never answer the phone and you can’t leave a message because the voicemail is always full. Wait time is an average of 2 hours for a visit. Dr S Kazeem has successfully adapted to the new way of caring for his patients virtually. He readily discusses results and offers advice as to how to organize and manage your health going forward. Thumbs up, Dr Kazeem. ????

Horrible doctor. They once took over a month to fill a prescription of mine. They never answer the phone and you can’t leave a message because the voicemail is always full. The wait time is 2 hours on average for any in person visit. Do yourself a favor and find literally any other doctor because Dr Kazeem’s office is literally the worst.

Bad receptionist never pick up calls either! Also they have attitude for no reason.

Appointment at 230pm. Came at 220pm for a sign that said close till 3pm and no one picking up the phone.

The doctors are good and knowledgeable about their field... but the wait time is ridiculous. Be prepared to wait 3+ hours.

3:45 pm. appointment, 7:50 I was call in to the doctor office. With no apology! Was not the first time.

The front end was short staffed and the receptionist was moving from one computer to the next checking and in and out patients. With little to no regard for why I was there. I really want to give zero stars. This is the worst office ever. You call they don't answer. Make an appointment and they don't put it in the system. Since Covid I have made 3 appointments and I have yet to get my calls. They are the most incompetent workers I've ever seen. I will not be going back!
