Dr. Saman F Ghahremani

Spent less than a minute with me, while the whole process at his clinic was three hours of wait time with different staff taking pics, asking questions, etc...and then waiting endlessly in a cold dark room. Very chaotic office, disorganized staff....they had forgotten to attend to me. What is worse that I ended up getting a dangerous dose of prescription despite him knowing allergy situation. All the CVS pharmacists did not fulfill the order as it was 1. too dangerous/high a dose for the eye condition. 2. not available at any pharmacy in MD. And also Bacitracin is discontinued. Doc's office refused to respond to repeated requests and said they will answer in 72 hours, by the time my eye would burst essentially and be fully infected. Medical negligence at its best.

Wonderful, kind care. All staff very professional and efficient. Handled my glau coma with real concern and care.

My husband and I were at this office for a visit couple of weeks ago. Greeted promptly, in a courteous and friendly manner. We were treated very well by Eli the front desk lady and Dr. Ghahremani. I believe and know that Dr. and his Team should be the first place for all eye patients to visit should they have any visionary issues. I have been a patient of Dr. Ghahremani for over 15 years. This office, in its entirety, has declined to the point where I will never come back. The office staff is unprofessional, rude, and unable to answer simple questions. The lack of communication between management and employees is extremely frustrating and apparently policies change depending on who you are speaking with. Dr. Ghahremani himself rushes through your appointment making him unable to do a thorough job. When addressed about how his staff treats his patients he has no concern and could care less if he loses a patient due to the actions of his receptionist or office manager. The office is welcoming to a myriad of people, some w/ handicap issues, people of all cultural experience, age and back ground. I was deeply impressed w/ teh sensitivity and openness of the staff, and the resultant comfort of the patients. Besides, the professional experience and assistance of the professional staff, beyond doubt.
