My appointment was at 10:30 and I asked why I hadn’t went in yet, they said you are next but I watched two more people go in ahead of me and finally at 11:20 they called me in asked me a few questions and the doctor came in and as if she couldn’t see it asked me to show her. She said yep that’s a cyst and she could take it off next surgery day and that was like a whole 10 minutes. They made the Appointment and wrote it down wrong so I had to go back to make sure when it is. The office is run badly and mismanaged and the doctor should have taken more time with me to explain better.

Dr. Samantha is kind, Patient and listens. She does not rush trying to get to the next Patient. Her nurse is the same. The entire staff seems to be knowledgeable and kind.

My visit was quick and easy. Put your mind at ease and stop wondering if those moles are a problem. Dr McNail even removed a mole on my first visit. She was very good with the local anesthetic.

She was amazing! Spent time talking with us, explaining and answering questions. She didn't rush through the appointment and made the overall experience as good as possible.

The staff was very nice. Dr McNail was friendly and laid back. She explained all of the steps in the process of getting my issues resolved. I would highly recommend her and this office to everyone.

The staff was pleasant and courteous. Dr McNail, was through in checking and taking care of my situation.

Office Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what they would be doing and how long it would take for the tests to come back and what the next step would be.

Dr. McNail is an excellent dermatologist and she has a delightful bedside manner.

Easy check in, friendly doctor. Painless visit! Everyone should have a full body exam to check for skin cancer! I especially like the time she took to look at the top of my head- it's not a spot you can really "see" for yourself!
