Dr arain listened to none of my concerns, would not up my medicine when I needed it, and tried to diagnose me with a serious personality disorder within 10 minutes of meeting me (one my therapist of 4 years has never even considered being a possibility for me). Not trauma informed and rather cold and clinical

Dr Arain has been a wonderful doctor to me. He listens and is very attentive. He takes my history into account and does not treat me like a statistic. If ever I have to wait, I know it is because he is treating each patient with care and concern. He is worth every minute!! I appreciate him very much.

Waiting for my first appointment with Dr. Arain, it was supposed to start twenty minutes ago. I am a patient seeking help with severe anxiety and am sitting here having bad anxiety because they are so late. Not a good first impression.

Dr Arain is one of the best doctors I have had. He's always going going going but he will stop and answer any question you have. He cares for his patients The office staff is always so helpful and patient

Changed all my medications that I had been on for yrs. He did not agree on anything that my previous dr prescribed. I am now into full anxiety and depression! Don't go to him. He has no regard of how you are feeling only what he thinks.

I am relieved to receive my diagnosis and would continue going to Dr. Arain, but he reschedules every appointment and runs extremely late. Very cold and clinical, not very warm or caring. Also impossible to get refills and uncaring office staff. Had to transfer to a different doctor.

What a terrible doctor, he talks down to you, was an hour late for the appointment that he rescheduled and when I tried asking a question he said "I'm asking the questions!" Idk who would want him as a doctor you shouldnt treat people like this.

My fiancé scheduled a zoom meeting with him, he was over an hour late to the meeting he set with him. When he FINALLY decided to connect with him for their meeting, he talked down to him the whole time like he is better than him just because he holds a doctorate title. He then responds to him after he asked a simple question, that HE is the only one asking the questions. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU PRACTICE BEING A PSYCHOLOGIST IF YOU ARE ONLY THERE TO SAY WHAT YOU WANT AND NOT LET THE OTHER PERSON TALK! You deserve to lose your license!! I will be taking further actions!

I have been without my medication for ten days. I have left six voice mails. My pharmacy has called a few times. I have left my phone number, birth date, spelling of my name every time with NO RETURN phone call. Up until this point I thought I found a Doc that would listen and take care of my needs. After this, not so much.

He spent over an hour with me and felt like he truly understood my needs. He didn’t dismiss me like the last doctor I went to did. He was extremely thorough and helped me get back on track with my life. He seems very careful not to just medicate or over medicate. Yes he runs late but it’s because he actually spends time with people which a lot of doctors don’t. I highly recommend him.

Up to two and a half hour wait for each appointment. Good diagnosis of my borderline personality disorder. But he and his staff are always behind it is not worth it. Charges by appointment even when after waiting an hour and 15 minutes formy phone appointment he only spoke to me for 3 minutes.

I had a heart attack in October 2019 and they did bloodwork in the hospital and found my lithium count to be very high. My cardiologist faxed the results to him and when he or I didn’t hear nothing back I’ve called everyday without any success. It’s been a month. Then the billing department calls me saying I have a balance when I know I do not. I have paid any balance due when I go in for my appointments. I am currently looking for a new doctor because my insurance pays well and so do I. I deserve to be treated better as do the rest of his patients. I would think twice before accepting him as your doctor. I had a heart attack in October 2019 and they did bloodwork in the hospital and found my lithium count to be very high. Dr. Arain is the first psychiatrist I’ve ever been to that is NOT just a pill pusher. He actually cares about what’s going on in my life.. I am so grateful for him.

It’s truly a shame that this individual is permitted to practice medicine. He treats patients like cattle. He books multiple appointments for short time-slots so you routinely have to wait over 2 hours. That is, if the staff don’t call to cancel your appointment 30 minutes before the scheduled time, which also happens frequently. And if he cancels you will not get a refill on your medication to get you through until you can get in. You’re just out of luck. His behavior is inexcusable.

This man is impossible. He prescribed medication that need to be taken daily, but then makes you jump through hoops to obtain monthly prescriptions. He’ll make you wait ages to see him or even cancel your appointment. He’s extremely disrespectful and unethical.

Routinely 40m to over an hour late to appointments. I ran out of my medication because he did not return repeated pharmacist calls. Insisted I have anxiety as well as depression, never been an issue but he did not listen. Brief and brusque appointments, less than five minutes one time. Office manager does not return calls or respond to complaints. Dr Arain does not return calls about questions or medication problems I cannot recommend using this office, practice, or doctor.

Incredibly arrogant. Very dismissive and talked down to. He seemed to be annoyed just sitting there. Clearly not the persona you need with mental health needs

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. He does not care about you and it is evident from the moment you walk into the waiting room, very appropriately named because wait you DO!! At least 30-45 minute wait every visit, even when waiting for RX refills!! That is if you can get a refill. NO one answers their phones. I have tried for 4 days straight, at least 5 times a day with NO LUCK. But, they tell me to call in 3 days in advance for my RX refill. Really???

A proper evaluation wasn't done to diagnose issues. Instead general depression was diagnosed with a 2 week trial. All antidepressants take more time than that to work. The office is dirty & smells. It is always packed with what seems to be court ordered patients. The wait time is at least an hr. Seems full of dr paper pushers who want patients in & out. The staff is unfriendly- not even aware of what insurances they accept. There are much cleaner offices that care & schedule proper eval time.

Excessive wait times as well as cancellations of appointments at the last minute. My time is just as valuable as the doctor's, so if you make an appointment at a time you should be able to meet your end of the obligation.
