I went in to get implants and had the money to pay for it at that time. He suggested I get dentures instead, which wasn't what I wanted. I would have done 6-8 implants in the top and 6-8 implants in the bottom with bridges.. Since then, I made several attempts to get back in there to be treated and to no avail, the receptionist would never give me an appointment to get back in there. I called many times, then I gave up. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. It's almost like they were avoiding me. I'll take my money elsewhere. He's a good oral surgeon, I'm just very disappointed on how they treated me. I got my all 4 wisdom teeth taken on Oct 18th. Had free follow up when my gum bled from trying to brush my teeth. After that I had no issue and now recovered nicely. Just follow their direction for recovery. I still hated stitches inside mouth ????

My daughter saw him for some dental problems and he took time and answered all our questions and made sure she understood everything and the staff was wonderful.

Explains oral condition and surgical treatments. Took time to answer my questions. Provided follow up as needed. Courteous staff and office cleanliness - beautiful modern office.

Doctor recommended dental implants but I was skeptical due to cost. Doctor explained the benefits and I went ahead and got the dental implants. Best decision I ever made! Surgery was painless - no excessive bleeding or nerve injury. Doctor used implants from BioHorizons which are made with titanium. Everyday, people tell me how great my smile is now ( I avoided smiling for many years). Doctor D'Arco is a good surgeon and great guy.

I came with my son who has Gardner's syndrome to remove a supernumerary tooth. Dr. D'Arco took great care with my young son. The service was great and there was no wait. The nurses took him in for x-rays right away and the surgery was done with fine precision with only a few stitches. The staff was very friendly and the doctor took extra care with my son. I definitely recommend Dr. D'Arco for any dental problem.

Very pleasant, comprehensive oral surgeon . Dr. D'Arco is careful and thoughtful on how to handle an issue had. He has a pleasant bedside manner. Will return for bi-annual exam.

Excellent Surgeon and Doctor. I had a difficult and complicated surgery on the hard and soft tissues of the mouth and with with maxillofacial jaw area. I thought that I would come out of surgery with facial deformity such my previous doctors had told me that would occur. Dr. D'Arco performed the surgery with masterful skill and no deformity!!! I highly recommend him.

So incredibly pleased with the professionalism, compassion, and knowledge of Dr. D’Arco and his staff. I was really nervous about my procedure going into it, and everyone was so patient and understanding. The nurses made sure I was comfortable before giving me an IV, and the surgery itself was quick and easy. If I ever hear of anyone else needing oral surgery I will definitely recommend Dr. D’Arco and his staff at Augusta Oral Surgery Specialists. Had an early appointment waited over three hours, to be told to reschedule..We drove over an hour and half away..long story short we will be using another oral surgeon.

We never got to see Dr. D'arco because the receptionist was very rude and incompetent. Do not go to this doctor because you will be treated terribly by staff, in particular by the receptionist. She should be fired.

I was well pleased with Dr.d'Arco's professionalism, and I loved his compassionate, helpful staff!

Dr D'arco pulled my teeth and recently pulled my daughters wisdom teeth. Nothing but excellence no one else we recommend.

Dr Sam has taken care of three generations of my family. He has always shown compassion , empathy and skills which are second to none. I would never consider going to another oral surgeon. He is the best.

The front desk and billing don't know what they are doing they say one thing about your insurance then the insurance company says another they lie through their teeth to get your business then the dentist left a piece of a tooth in my gums not a good time with this one

I've never had anything but exceptional, compassionate service with this office. They've done three procedures on me through the years and I've been pleased by how patient the staff is, and how invested they are in their patients as more than just a number on a chart.

The actual dental work - there was no problem, but the front receptionist was VERY RUDE. They didn't tell me ahead of time that I had to stay the entire time my 18 yr old was getting his wisdom teeth removed, I told her I was leaving for 5 mins to get some water, she kept telling me I was not allowed to leave due to their policy, she could give me a cup to get some water from their bathroom which I refused.She then said they would stop the procedure if I left until I returned. I thought that was totally unacceptable & unprofessional. The actual dental work - there was no problem, but the front receptionist was VERY RUDE.
