Made an appointment for the 28th, showed up and they told me I didn't have an appointment.

Absolute unprofessional office. I have been trying to get answers for my child for a long time now. They do not answer, nor return calls. I have had to physically walk in and ask for information multiple times. I am still currently waiting for ultrasound results. I have yet to receive a call. This is for a child who has been in pain for months. They do not seem to have any care or compassion for patients. It’s very sad that this is all the high desert has to offer for IEHP patients. Dr Lee glanced at a 4 month old diagnostic report and said I needed surgery. Before I could question his quick decision ( since this report was old)he just walked out of the exam room. He didn’t do any type of exam, urinalysis, bloodwork etc. I called several times to speak with him and did not get a response. the following week his office called to set up a surgery date. I explained my concerns to the scheduling person. She agreed and ordered X-rays. I had another ultrasound which he said was unclear. And again he just walked out of the exam room. The agency that reviews and approves referrals and surgeries told me that the stones in my kidneys were not big enough to require surgery. They referred me back to my pcp for treatment. So this man was going to cut on me unnecessarily .

Short with the facts. Long with the wait,30 minute wait in the exam room. Fairly rude when asked questions.

Dr. Lee gives each patient the time they need so you have to wsit sometimes. I always find him caring and attentive to my needs!

I had my doubts about Dr Lee bc of a cystoscopy that he'd done, but cancelled my f/u visit when this happened: The c'scopy couldn't determine why there was blood in my urine and when it got much worse, I went to the ER. The ER dr called Dr Lee at night for access to records of my visits. Dr Lee told him that he did not care what antibiotic he [the ER doc} treated me with as he sees lots of pts and that the ER doc should do his job bc he can not remember what happened on the c'scopy and hung up.
