He's the best Primary care Dr you can get who actually listens and cares...

i called this Provider b/c of high score on my Cigna network website. I am new to the area and needed a Primary Dr. I called in October because I was sick with a fever,sore throat and cough. I could not be seen until i had completed a new patient visit. I scheduled and was told it would be 8 weeks before i could get in. 2 days before my appt. they called to say they had to move my visit another 2 weeks as the Dr. would not be in the office. My GPS could not find the location and i was running late. I called the office to advise of same. I sat on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. I arrived at the office 10 mins past my time. waited another 5 to get to the window to check in. After another 1.5 mins as they processed my paper work i was informed that my appt had to be rescheduled b/c it was 1 min past the 15 min grace period. I explained i was there at 10:25 and had called but noone picked up. They would not budge. tried to call to talk to mgr but noone answered after 20 mins

Dr. Quartermaine has been my wife and I personal doctor for almost 15 years. We love him and respect his results. He is the BEST.

One word - Superb

Been going to Quartermaine now for quite a while. He is very thorough and really cares about his patients. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes and he will scold you if you don't do your healthy stuff, which works for me or else I let them go.

My first visit went as I expected...the normal stuff. Go back to get results from lab work and find out the office ladies gave me wrong and missing paper work. So now lab work done again and have appointment to get the results again and I get a phone call the day before my appointment telling me they no longer take my insurance company yet Dr Quartermaine still shows up in my network so what's going on here. Great doctor. Great personality. Great practice. I would highly recommend.

Dr Quartermaine is very attentive to all of your health needs. I highly recommend him.

Doctor is OK, but his staffs like nurse and reception are low level.

Dr Quartermaine is a great doctor. He will always listen to you and answer all your questions without rushing you. He always makes sure you as a person are being treated, not just a diagnosis. My husband and my son are now his patients, I trust him that much. Very happy to have him as my family physician.

Long wait times. Hard to make apointments. Only spends 15 minutes per patent.

He is quick with his immediate appointments and responds in kind to what you say. He also has a background in Pharmacy, so trusting his medication and treatment plans has always worked for me. He questions sometimes, which is not a bad thing as a patient you may feel you have one problem, but he likes to ask to make sure there is no other issues. He always runs tests for persistent problems to be sure there is no major issues. He is very aware of the steps it takes for preventative medicine.
