I go once a year for my Physical. Have been coming to this Practice since Dr.Newman had it. Dr. Shay is always so nice and kind. Not hurried and you feel you matter.

Dr Shay is an amazing doc. He has great bedside manner and really makes his patients feel right at home. If you want the highest quality care, I feel that the extra wait is worth it to see Dr Shay. If you want generic quality care, there are plenty of other providers out there.

Dr. Shay is caring,listen to any concerns and is attentive...but very difficult to change or schedule an appointment if you need to see him within a few days or a week. The appointments the staffs wants to give you is 1-2 months away. To me that is not acceptable because Iam not going to run to emergency when I need a doctor having a family Doctor.If he's so busy and cannot attend his patients,then he should stop taking new patients. Great doctor, I recommend him.

I found Dr. Shay to be an exceptional doctor. He listens carefully to what you are saying, and he is both knowledgeable and compassionate. Further, you can trust that he and his staff are providing you with expert health care. I highly recommend him!

I recently became a new patient of Dr. Shay's and I have to say he is everything one would expect in an excellent doctor: he listens and pays great attention to what you are saying, asks questions and exhibits intellectual curiosity, explains what he is thinking and why he is recommending a particular course of treatment and seems to really love what he does. Additionally, he is very friendly and upbeat, and I also appreciated the fact that he asks if I have additional questions.

The best Doctor that I have the pleasure of being his patient for over 20 yrs. He is very professional doctor with a very kind and understanding nature. Always concern about what problems you have. Dr. Shay is great. I really appreciate how he explained things to me in a way that was relatable and in a way that was easy to understand. Also, Dr. Shay spends the time needed to understand why you are there and never makes you feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Shay and the Newman Family Medicine team!

Dr. Samuel Shay is the BOMB! He is without a doubt the doctor I've been working for for about 3/4 years. Not only that he study at the University of Florida/ Shane hospital. My family has been cared for by Newman family practice since i was a kid and Shay was as young as he looks today. I am never in the waiting room longer than 10 minutes, never alone in the patient room more than 5. Shay still tends to my Mother, but my Father, wife and now I see Marcus Merriweather with the same practice. This is my home when I am sick, this is my family when I am there. Dr Shay himself is one of the most gentle speaking, kindest doctors I have ever known, and a wonderful Dr.

I hit the powerball jackpot with making this doc my PCP. The man and his entire staff are kind, professional, and entirely customer service minded. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best in medical care.
