Staff was great, nurse was excellent , doctor was great

Excellent customer service from the front desk medical assistant. A little bit longer of a wait time after scheduled appointment time, however it’s normal for most doctor offices. Dr. Chowdhary was excellent and makes sure that you understand and have no further questions before you leave your appointment. He’s very thorough.

I was disappointed with the overall experince, but mostly i went to get a new prescription. They dated it for 2022. They were also supposed to fax it to ihc. Didnt happen. I waited for an before they told me they couldnt fill it because of the wrong date. I called to call the office to remind them to send over the fax, but they were closed. This was 4:10 and the recording said they closed at 4:30. This was friday so needless to say i didnt get my gear

Professional and caring

Dr. Was very thorough and sincere and interested in what you had to say.

Dr. Chowdhary is very thorough and helpful. I greatly appreciate everything he has done to help me with all of my concerns.

Caring, friendly techs explained everything as they got me prepared for my sleep study. The facility was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Great experience!

The CNAs and PAs and Dr Chowdharry are awesome. The sleep tech I used had this week was the worst person I have ever experienced in Medicine. He was unskilled cold , mumbled was physically unable to bend over and it took him 45 minutes to do his job where it usually takes 30. I will send an email of complaint and my feedback after the tests were very negative. It took me 3 days to recover and he left all the sticky pads on me so when I showers I saw them.

Easy to find location. The staff is excellent: quick to call you into the exam room (I was 20 minutes early for my appointment but they called me right back). The assistant was able to quickly find my prior physician in another state and request my prior testing results. Dr. Chowdhary was pleasant and thorough/very knowledgeable. We have a plan in place to move forward. I highly recommend this physician.

The office staff are incompetent and uncaring, the Dr. Is very caring, the rest are robots! There is nothing attractive about the experience.

Really really bad. As of right now, I've been waiting for around a month for them to schedule me, and I've been sitting on hold to ask about this for around a half an hour now. Unless there is no other option, I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. Just a really terrible experience.

I am so impressed with Dr. Chowdhary and his assistant. After seeing several doctors for my cough he finally got to the bottom of it. He has gone above and beyond and always spends time going over everything with me. I would highly recommend him. My only concern is the front desk and not getting calls back after leaving a message. Dr. Chowdhary seems intelligent and explains things well. I have been supremely frustrated with my experience, though. It's very difficult to get anyone on the phone. Once the doctor passed me off to the CPAP supplier he essentially said "we'll see you in 3 months" and I've really felt on my own since then with the notoriously difficult adjustment to CPAP therapy. There has been a variety of smaller issues with the office - forgetting to send in the CPAP order, losing voicemails (which are the main form of communication with the office), having to pay $40 for a visit to get a CPAP setting adjusted, and just generally feeling like they don't care about me not getting any sleep.

I would give a 0 or Even negative if I could. A family member was referred to him and it was the absolute worst experience ever. I would not recomend him to anybody.

Office called at 4 PM the day before the appointment to tell me that they had a scheduling problem and I can't be seen the next day. Then they say they won't be able to fit me in until mid April. The appointment was made a month ago. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

I tried for 3 days to call the desk & ask them about pick up & drop off times for my overnight test. Never once did they pick up the phone. I left a message, I was called back 3 hours later. I asked about return times & was told 8:00 am to noon. I showed up at 5 minutes to 8:00 & waited til 10 minutes after. The lights were off & the door was locked. (I tested). I called again & left a message & complaint. I got called back in 6 hours. Telling me there was someone there at 8:00 am. I was told I could bring my test kit in Monday. Not a good experience! I had this apt booked for several weeks. I had something come up a free days before and called to move my apt up an hour or so. I was told the Dr was booked through the end of October, so I moved my schedule around to accommodate that. I live 45 minutes away and my daughter had a dr apt at 4:15. When I arrived at the office I was given a paper to sign, handed a sleep oxsimiter and told to have a good day. That is such BS I couldn’t move my apt because the dr was booked but I didn’t even see the dr. Communication needs to be much better in this office. Now I have to return the machine by noon, or be charged a $15 fee. That’s not easy to do when I work a full time job and rarely get a lunch before noon. Not a good experience! Doctor was fine. Not reliable support at all. Appointment was changed without telling me on the first attempt. then when I was trying to get the sleep study I kept getting contradictory information on when and where I could pick up my kit to take home. And when I tried to confirm for the entire week before I was to pick it up, i got nothing but answering machines and have still not heard back. Since the office is a little over an hour from my home. Difficult to get an appointment. Always 6 weeks out. Perhaps a few more sleep monitor kits are needed. Office staff very pleasant and accommodating.

Had to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor, but once I did, he was great.

My only thing with Dr. Chowdhary’s office is that there are days that no one answers the phone. There’s no explanation if they’re out of the office. Very frustrating!

Very nice people and didn't have a very long wait. The lady that done my test was absolutely awesome because of her it was actually fun .

The only complaint I have is that it is hard to reach anyone on the phone. The phone rings and rings or you get the message to leave a message and they will return my call in 48 hours. That is hard to hear when you need to talk to someone that day not 48 hrs from now. I think you need to hire another person to help with the phones.

Dr Chowdhary was great in explaining why the sleep test was ordered. He explained the value in finding out if a CPAP was needed to insure better deep REM sleep

Very impressed on my first visit. Referred by other physician to investigate sleep apnea. Office staff very professional. Visit with Dr was very informative. I'm confident that I am on the path with his continued care to better manage this health issue that impacts so many other health issues. I was impressed to observe in the office that there were a lot of patients getting patient instruction from office staff. I was very impressed that Dr Chowdary explained things very clearly and ended our visit asking if I had questions. I have a ton of confidence in dr. Sandeep Chowdhary, as there are two in West Jordan, I do have some reservations with his staff, mostly front staff. He is very personable. I have never waited more than 10 mins to be seen by him or corrina. Corrina is awesome too. Thanks for all you do for me!!
