I went in Tuesday May 10, 2022 with problems in my mouth, Dr. Prince assessed the situation and turned out my tooth #18 had an abscess and needed to be extracted. He removed the tooth that afternoon, he was very professional with his work, and so was his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Prince if you having problems with your teeth. Also he personally called me the next day to check on me, l would say that is first rate service, this day and time you don't find many doctors that personally call you their self to check on you , so I think that is a very humane and thoughtful gesture!! I would recommend this office to anyone. They all work as a great team and give excellent care. Dr Prince and his staff took very good care of me and I would definitely go back if needed. Absolutely horrible personality at front desk! Personality of a witch!

The worst oral surgeon in the tri-cities. The receptionist is very nice but Dr. Prince has no bedside manners, especially to women. I went to him for my wisdom teeth but ended up not getting the procedure done. I went for my appointment and they could not find a vein for the IV sedation TWICE on two separate days. My arms were bruised everywhere by the time I left both days to attempt the surgery. I ended up crying in the office and leaving. The worst oral surgeon in the tri-cities. After reading the reviews I was not sure what to expect. I was sent to this clinic after a bad experience with an extraction that ended up with me being held down and screaming...a root broke off inside gum. Dr. Prince was great. Sure the shot hurt a wee bit at first but that is all....a little swelling afterwards but no real pain. His staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Prince was re assuring and assure me there would no pain and no screaming..He was so right. I had no pain and zero reason to scream.

Dr Prince accommodated me in 2 days for a tooth extraction during the Corona virus. I found him, his staff and equipment the best experience I've ever had. While waiting for the 2x numbing, enjoyed great conversation. Tooth was out before I knew it. The day after was the first day since 2015 I didn't feel any discomfort in that area of my mouth! He is my new oral surgeon.

Dr. Prince does not have proper table side manners and is not easy to communicate with. Don't bother asking him questions about procedures because he will be very condescending and rude. I went in for my 3rd molars and he treated me as if I was inconveniencing his entire day. The only friendliness you will find in this office is from the staff, who are otherwise excellent.

This is the worst place I have ever went I would never tell anyone to go here.Dr price was not friendly at all.I was having my tooth extracted he didn't give it time to numb before he begin working I try to let him no I could fill it he became angry and told me there was no way I could.he was using so much force to handle me I am a woman he could have Ben more easy.he left my gum torn and bleeding did not take the tooth out walked away in anger and said I quit and refused me antibiotics sent hom

State of the art equipment, knew what was wrong, and solved the problem in a timely manner

Dr. Prince took the time to explain the procedure in detail - what to expect. While he performed the procedure he continued to explain what was going on. He was very personable and compassionate. I would not hesitate to call him with any issues. Dr. Prince has an excellent chair side manner. One of the best dentists that I've ever been to - and I've been to quite a few.

Dr Prince and staff show clearly that you are most important to them and treat you like a close friend
