Scared my face horribly when removing a small cyst. . She removed fat from cheek for no reason. She made a large incision which split. Shame on her!

I am a new patient with Dr. Sandra Marshall. I had read a few bad reviews about Dr. Marshall but decided I needed to see her and make up my own mind. I have had several appointments with her and she is caring, smart and pleasant. She has done a good job with treatment for me and all of the staff are friendly and considerate. She saw my husband and blew off a large mole on his back that had been growing rapidly. She froze it with out any biopsy. After it would not heal she finally took it off six weeks later and it was melanoma. I would stay away from her because she doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing

She never explained anything to me. Seemed uninterested. Also had me coming back 4 times a year instead of one thorough exam. Never did give me the complete body scan. Was just dealing with one area at a time.

She was very patient! She took time to find the cause if a rash I'd had a while, then took me into the lab, to show it to me under a microscope! Great "bedside" manner! Wonderful knowledge!

If you are looking for a doctor to take care of any problem besides cosmetic, she is not for you. She stood across the room to look at a place on my head. She never examined me.
