Dr. Sanford S. Sherman

Dr. Sherman specializes in seizures. He is a very thorough doctor who cares very much about the well being of his patients and always follows through completely on his patients’ care.

Never returns calls, is arrogant and completely uninterested in resolving health issues of his patients. If you don’t want to treat problems with chronic cu do ruins then go into plastic surgery. Seems like he’s in it only for the money. I do not recommend Dr. Sherman AT ALL.

Sanford is not a good source for anything, he prefers to outsource issues, not resolve them. He is a waste of time, not just for me but for other patients too as I know I'm not alone. To bad Dr. Farbman left, this guy doesn't hold a candle to his predecessor. Find a different doctor, avoid Sanford Sherman, he is a waste of time and money. I started seeing Dr. Sherman about 2 1/2 years ago and he has helped me get my migraines under control, I really enjoy that he is open to a more holistic approach and a medical approach when needed. Dr. Sherman has done a wonderful job of assessment & care for my mother. He discovered a problem 2 other doctors had not. The one review thay gave him one star, saying he delegates required supplemental work or suport service for his treatment, is for me, no problem. Much healthcare requires out-sourced and delegated treatment. I would be more concerned if he tried to do all the work of hands-on patient care himself. His style is laid-back. Kind. Dr Sherman is very caring and I have never felt rushed. He is an awesome Neurologist.

Perhaps he knows neurology, but he was quick, rude, talked down. Wouldn't recommend.

My wife and I both love Dr. Sherman. He knew right away there was a significant problem, referred me to one of the best Neuro Surgeons. We always recommend him to everyone we know.
