Dr Kim is the best surgeon in his field, and I had a wonderful experience here. My daughter previously had her wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Kim, and she recommended I come here if I ever needed treatment. I needed an emergency bone graft after I broke my tooth, and Dr Kim’s office was so quick to set up an emergency appointment for me to be treated. I have had great dental high gene and luckily never had any issues with my teeth other than routine dental cleanings. So, for the first time I was told I needed to have one of my wisdom teeth pulled because it was decaying. I was quite anxious and didn’t know what to expect. So it was such a surprisingly positive experience from the time I arrived in Dr Kim’s office where everyone was so welcoming to the time I was in the chair getting me ready for this procedure. I recently relocated to McLean, Virginia from Pennsylvania for work. My dentist back home had recommended me to see an Oral Surgeon a year ago for a cyst in my jaw, but I did not seem to care much then. Recently, I noticed my cyst growing in size which stressed me a lot. I don't have a dentist yet in this area; thus, I did not know whose suggestion to take or where to go. I am glad I found Dr Kim online. I got the procedure done by Dr Kim exactly two weeks ago and I must say, this is the best place to go. When I initially called to make an appointment, the front desk staff listened to me and sensing the panic in my voice, she accommodated me by scheduling on the same day. Our 8 year old son had an extra adult front tooth that had to be removed. Dr Kim was the second doctor we consulted with on having this tooth removed, and he was second to none! He was very kind, compassionate, sincere, he took his time explaining everything to us and making us feel at ease. Our son was very nervous to have the surgery but Dr Kim and his staff did a fantastic job keeping him (and us!) comfortable. God bless Doctor Kim. My pain lasted beyond a week after having my wisdom teeth extracted and Dr Kim followed up and delivered necessary medication to treat both the pain and the open areas where the teeth once were. Absolutely recommend.

Dr. Kim is literally the kindest person and helped calm my nerves so much when I had extractions and a few implants in my 20s (bad genetics!). He made me laugh and genuinely cared about my well being. Not to mention he is just an overall excellent doctor. Nothing but superb! If you want the best, go to him!

I just had to leave a great review for Dr. Kim and his staff. I have known that I needed to get my wisdom teeth taken out for years but always put it off due to a fear of the procedure. Dr Kim assured me from the start that he would do his absolute best to keep me comfortable. I was afraid to remove my wisdom teeth and was putting the procedure off for years. My dentist referred me to Dr. Kim with Christopher E. Bonnacci practice. I was nervous on the day of the procedure but Dr. Kim and his team were wonderful dealing with me. My husband and I made a mistake to arrive too early and had plenty of time to work ourselves up. Dr. Kim and his staff were wonderful however and put me at ease. The procedure took a whole of 20 minutes. I was out and about very quickly. Interestingly enough I did not need any painkillers until three days after the procedure. Even then all I took was some over the counter ibuprofen. Had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out two weeks ago. My experience with Dr. Kim was really great. He was very thorough, informative, and really took time with me to explain and understand any concerns I had. Had no complications, but I realize that everyone's body handles and heals differently, but I was fortunate enough to have little swelling and very little pain. I went under general anesthesia, and the entire staff set proper expectations and were very helpful. 5 stars because Dr. Kim went above and beyond and personally called me 5 hours after the surgery to check in, and remind me of the key advice he gave me when we left the office that morning.
