I scheduled an appointment for a broken veneer. I spoke to the receptionist in length about what happened on the phone and she said not to worry, that the dentist will fix it. When I arrived, Dr. Patla came in and said, "So, you want a tooth pulled..." I told her no, that my tooth broke and needed to be fixed, and that I went into detail with the receptionist about what happened. She then said, "Oh, well, the dentist that handles that JUST left. You'll have to schedule another appointment". When I told her it was a veneer that broke she said, "Well, your insurance wont cover the procedure, anyway". Then I asked her about another problem I needed to be addressed and she was very negative, saying that, again, my insurance will not cover that either, and again, the dentist that handled that JUST left. As the other commenter said, she was in and out and seemed to have no time for me. I finally asked her if at least we could sit and talk about a plan for these issues going forward

Dr. Patla is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is professional, kind and gentle. I'm finally not scared to come to the dentist because everything they do is painless. She takes time to explain everything to you and has a great staff working with her. I am always taken in on time, early even, no waiting around in the waiting room. I am very happy with this facility all around!

The staff is excellent, the doctor is patient and caring. Great service overall! Highly recommended!

This is a terrible doctor. I would not call her a doctor. She advertised her self heavily on the internet. That is how I got her phone number. When I came to her office I had to wait for 3 hours to see her. And she was not even there. The office staff kept me in by telling me that she is going to be back any minute. After 3 hours I was able to see her. The consultation was at most mediocre. She has very bad bed manners. Terrible experience. Don't go there.

I have been a patient of Dr Patlia for over five years and the experience has been excellent. The doctor and her staff are thorough, and detailed, with respect and concern for their patients being evident. I highly recommend this practice.

My experience with this provider was terrible. I waited two weeks for an appointment, only to have to walk out of her waiting room(after an hour) due to not trusting her to come near my mouth. I came fully prepared with xrays, and insurance information, yet she made me wait in the waiting room for an hour while she called insurance herself to see if i can get MORE xrays, and if my visit would be covered(i told her it was). I also told her that I did not want more xrays bc the ones I had were fine and i didn't want more radiation. I told her that insurance only covers xrays for me every 3 years, and i just got new xrays. She said she just called insurance and they said I would be 100 percent covered for the new xrays. I knew she was lying because i had asked insurance many times. Luckily I walked out of her office, or else i would have been billed for xrays AND gotten more radiation AND had an unethical incompetent dr poking around in my mouth. he staff there was not the friendliest either, and the dr has a very poor grasp of the english language. She also was sitting there texting people while i was waiting an hour to go in. RUN don't walk away from this provider. I'm a medicaid patient, and even with a 0 dollar copay I ran from her! I also want to mention that on one of the forms it said (in poor English) that patients agree not to post anything online about her...I have a feeling she reads these sites and posts her own 5 star reviews. I didn't sign any forms luckily!
