Horrible place to go to. Weird comments being made. Doing transvaginal ultrasounds with doors open. Feels rushed. Makes you feel like you have no brain. Need medical release forms sent over, not returning my calls or the new doctors calls or faxes. Ridiculous. Worst place I've ever been too. Very uncomfortable here. Also forgot to mention no due date at all. Tells me everything's perfect first visit, second visit tells me they were worried. Then trying to go against my ENDOS wishes for my insulin. They deal with high risk. Just flat out rude. Never again!!!!! Worst place to go to. I wouldn't send a fly there.

Dr Moses rude and unprofessional along with some front desk staff wouldn’t recommend this place or this C-section pushing doctor

Had a ultrasound done with Kim who knew exactly what she was doing, was in and out very quick. Friendly staff, but you must stick to your scheduled time since it's so busy or you will have to reschedule.

Now this my second review ever doing in my life for anything. I don’t know what any of the other reviews are talking about sorry that you feel that way but today was my first time there and I didn’t experience any of this. I won’t lie reading the reviews made me hesitant to go but I’m glad I did. The staff was very friendly and fast. They took well care of me and made me feel comfortable. They also answered any questions I would ask. Also there were people there who specifically asked for certain staff to take care of them because they do so well. So I for one would recommend going here don’t let a few negative reviews scare you unless you experience it yourself. Thank you to the staff of Michigan Perinatal and keep up the good work!???? Well every time I go to this place , I end up with a stressful day. First time I saw doctor Moses and he was so hard on me. He made me feel like I am going to die and everything is wrong with me because I have gestational diabetes. He ordered me to go under insulin before he asked me to write down my daily sugar data to check if I need insulin or only diet. I didn’t take the insulin and waited to see if the diet will work with me. So I wrote down my results for several days my blood sugar was almost normal and two hours after I eat it ranged from (120-125) and in the morning was ranging from (85-95) and my OB doctor said it is normal since it is under 100 for fasting and 130 for 2 hours after meals . But this office kept asking me to take insulin which I didn’t want it at first. Then The nurse who is a specialist in blood sugar told me that I am wasting their time because of that and I will end up with c-section because the baby will be big. Ok I know all of these stuff because I have dealt with it with my three previous pregnancies and I had high blood sugar and I had three c-section not because of the baby was big, because of narrow pelvic and didn’t allow me to have a natural delivery. Just please stop telling me this every time and stressed me out because I am not wasting anyone time and you get paid for your service also check my medical record before you tell me that I will end up with c- section so I don’t have to tell you this every time. Also I have three kids that need me because I don’t have anyone to take care of them and taking insulin will make me tired and sleepy and needs time to make my body ok with while I have only 4 weeks to have my c-section. WORST OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE My baby’s gender was female and instead they wrote male! When I asked about it, they said they had changed it on their computer after I corrected them…like what??!!! YOU people are supposed to tell ME my baby’s gender and it shouldn’t be the other way around. And the one who performed the ultrasound was taking so much time and pressing the machine on me so much that it hurt the entire day. After I had paid my dues,they sent me a statement via mail and in that my spelling was wrong, so I asked the statement to be sent again. When I received it, my name was not printed on the envelope, but handwritten in a very bad way and my spelling was corrected with a freaking WHITENER!!!! I even talked to the supervisor and she had such a casual attitude towards all this, didn’t even apologize and was very unprofessional. Also, their answering machine has a voice which can’t be understood at all. The next day I went again the doctor was not available, they again said sorry and wanted to reschedule, seems like we are free AF as they are . Worst than the worst place I have ever been to. The staff who scheduled me on a appointment couldn't make my appointment as my order and later she said sorry and rescheduled me for the next day. and again the next day the doctor was not available and again they said sorry and decided to reschedule me again. I mean they think that we are free AF as they are. later they gave a lame reason saying that your doctor hasn't marked in the box though my doctor wrote clearly about my health condition. They really don't care about the patient's condition. Only money making business, nothing to help patient with their problem. It sucks!!!!

Dr. Garmel saw me through a pregnancy that was risky for both me and my unborn baby. She way me through from start to finish always being honest and detailed about anything I was concerned about. She kept me well informed and made sure I felt as confident as I could the entire pregnancy. At one point admitting me into Antepartum just to ensure baby got to term. MPA, her, and her team (Dr. Moses) will go above and beyond for their patients and did for me. Her bedside manner is impeccable, and she and Dr.Moses will be sure to do all they can for you and your little one. Being high risk is scary enough. I can't say enough good things about their team. I recommend any mother and her baby to this team. Their hearts are in their patients and their unborn babies. They don't just treat you like just another number on a chart. They invest in you and your baby and you can tell love what they do. I hope this brings any mother some insight. I just delivered my baby and we are both alive, healthy, and happy because of Dr. Garmel and Moses. And I couldn't be more grateful to them for their love and dedication to me and my baby.
