You can only reach someone at this office by leaving a voice mail message. You will be lucky if someone calls you back in 24 hours. If you have a deductible with your insurance, this office requires full payment up front. I was given less than a 2 hour notice prior to my 2nd appointment that my payment for that day’s visit would be over $600. When I asked if I could be billed for any portion of it, I was told, “no, but I was welcome to reschedule my appointment.” I kept the appointment and upon my arrival they required the payment at check in and not upon my departure which is when I paid just days earlier during another appointment. Due to the doctor’s schedule, it took me 2 weeks to get the results of my initial exam and additional testing. It took over a 1/2 of dozen calls and voicemail message before someone provided my results to me. Results that some patients from other offices receive as quickly as within the same day. Everyone in the office were fairly pleasant but for me pleasantries do not supersede patient responsiveness and thoughtfulness. I felt collecting my payment was the one thing they made a priority but not me and not relaying to me my results. You can only reach someone at this office by leaving a voice mail message.
