My son had ill fitting orthotic boots from a previous health system and Dr Sarah and her team in the Shriners Ortho Shop got my son on trach and in well fitting boots all in one day. I would happily give ZERO stars. Our experience with Dr. Nossov was terrible. Her bedside manner is deplorable. She was abrupt in her examination. She was lacking in her communication and explanation. She was accusatory in her tone stating that we are inept at caring for our daughter. She convinced my daughter that there was no hope for her future and that she is worthless. We returned for a follow-up visit with a different doctor and 100% of Dr. Nossov's suggestions were overturned. So not only was she rude to my daughter and to me (literally yelling at me in hallway when I asked for explanations) she was also WRONG. The only good to come out of our appointment with Dr. Nossov was that my daughter (age 11) learned that I will always stand up to protect her; however, no one should ever have to fight with a doctor and remind their child of their innate worth.
