She’s a nice enough person, but why does she accept new patients if she doesn’t have time to see them? Waited 2 months to get an appointment, waited another two months to get a procedure, and because I forgot paperwork which I said I could fax the same day, I have to wait over two months to get my results. Forget it. I’ll put up with my problem or find someone else.

I am glad It's not only me who felt this way about Dr. Ryan. I was very disappointed in her lack of interest. She sat in the office with here back to me as if she was doing something else. I called her office several times after my appointment regarding chest pains. She never responded. She had an assistant call, who asked me did I present this fact to the Doctor during the appoint, I said yes, and she said nothing. I would fear to recommend anyone I know to her. I am grateful to read the reviews because I was thinking it was me.

Only works one day a week; doesn't listen; didn't seem to care about me; very disappointed in her lack of interest in determining what could help me. My primary care doctor recommended her because he thought I would be more comfortable with a female because of the severity of my problems. Although I read her bad reviews, I gave her the benefit of a doubt because of his recommendation. So sorry I did! I want to change doctors, but no one in office seems to have good reviews.

Dr Ryan is the worst Doctor I've ever seen!!!! She could care less on your issues...No manners what so ever!!!! DO NOT COME TO HER!!!!!!!! The staff is absolutely rude as well. I've spent 9 months with them trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. and got absolutely nothing...Still suffering with my condition ......Thanks Doctor Ryan!!!!!. My biggest mistake ever!!!!!!

Love her! Smiles, listens, gives you choices, even walks you out to the check out desk! Though the office staff may be lacking in afew things, she certainly isnt.

Worst Doctor I have ever been to. 2nd visit I was on time. When I finally got in the room I waited 55 minutes then my bus came to pick me up & I never saw her! Questions like why is there blood in my urine when I have no infection? Answer, sometimes that happens!? Can I have a CT scan to see if cancer in bladder or kidneys. Told EXTREMELY inappropriate question! I worked for Doctors since I was 16 years old till I was disabled & couldn't drive in my late 50's! Incredible!

I had an appointment today, called to reschedule (13 minute call), informed them I had another doctor’s appointment around the same time. I asked them If I could reschedule for early morning next week, they placed me on hold. Supervisor told agent to tell me, they can't help me unless I cancel my other doctors’ appointment, and I can ONLY come in today! Although I spoke with someone yesterday, (16 minute call, they called me) and they said if I need to cancel, then call back and they can fit me in next week. They are clearly mad and disgruntled! If they act this unprofessional, I don't think I can trust them with any of my health issues. I informed them I would find another doctor. If your reading this, save yourself the time and call another doctor’s office.

Dr. Ryan was absolutly amazing. Not only did she arrive with a smile on her face, but she seemed genuinely concerned about the issues that I had addressed. She took her time with all exams needed and then sat with me and described exactly what was going on. She then asked if I had any questions, which I did, and she helped me to answer every single question. She was patient and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Ryan.

She didn't listen. Ordered unnecessary testing and appeared to not have any knowledge of medical problems in her field. She wasted 4 months of my time and I still do not know what is wrong with me.

Very rude, not helpful at all. Pushed for unnecessary testing when she already knew answer for my daughters medical issue. We left office with prescription for miralax after going all over city for appointments with her. She suggested baclofen but wouldn’t and didn’t prescribe it. Suggested my daughter needed an interstim trial done but didn’t refer us to anyone that does she only informed us that she doesn’t do that either. What can she do? Still waiting on referral for physical therapy.

Indifferent and borderline incompetent. Couldn't diagnose a kidney stone if it hit her in the face. If I could give a review of less than poor, I would. Stay away!

Dr. Ryan was nice enough, but when seeing her she me she could not help me for my primary need as well another need, wasting a long drive from Bullhead City to see her. Her office staff was very unfriendly and when first making my appointment, they did explain she would be able to help me for my issues, but when she couldn't, she did say this staff would find me a specialist who could. Yet instead of them calling me, I had to call them, but without their finding me any who could.

What a bad experience I had with Dr. Sarah Ryan. I had the appointment following up from a kidney stone. She was ready to do surgery, with no other options. She did not explain the procedure well, and when I told her I didn't understand she seemed annoyed. She rushed me through my visit (this was after I got in to see her 45 minutes after my scheduled time) I was very disappointed that I did not get my questions about my condition answered. She was rude, rushed, and unprofessional.

I went Dr Ryan on advice of GP after I had kidney stones, microscopic hemituria abdominal pain and foul smelling urine. She ran 1 test then told me I was fine. Well turns out my Uti became antibiotic resistant, oh and those kidney stones, blood in my urine, and hemituria/abdominal pain? That was due to a parathyroid tumor that made me so sick. Thanks for nothing Dr Ryan. I would love to see your smug face now. In my opinion, there are better urologist out there!

I had a terrible experience with this doctor. She didn't listen to my issue and when I asked questions she blew me off. Instead of giving me all my options such as medication she wanted to jump to invasive procedures. She was unfriendly and rushed me out the door.

In my opinion this physician didn't care whatsoever about the painfulness of the procedure she was performing. I pleaded for a local anesthetic but she didn't want wait for it. She actually acted as though I was the one being uncooperative. She even scolded me for being too tense! I found her to be completely uncompassionate. I would highly recommend that Dr. Ryan attend remedial training in proper bedside manner techniques. I see that her average rating is 2 stars, that sounds about right to me

Dr. Ryan was very attentive and listened to my issues, after several test she explained what my options were in great detail and I opted for a surgical procedure. My Procedure went well and I'm very happy with the results. thanks Dr. Ryan.

Dr Ryan was great! She talked to me about what was happening, she asked if I had any questions or concerns, she did my procedure with no issues. I highly recommend her, she's quick and to the point.

Absolutely horrible experience with this Dr. Not personable, didn't care about my situation and ended my appointment abruptly and rudely by essentially walking walking out of the room. Run as far as you can from this very unprofessional, Rude individual.

She cares very little about her patients and it shows. I should've trusted her poor rating.
