My son at 21 had a red bump on front of his nose We discussed in patient room with her And after this she said ok I can cut it out and cauterize .procedure was done She set a follow up appointment and Admitted she was "so sorry it was not a perfect outcome" . even men need perfection she said. Well she bounced out of the room with her rep by her side giggling Every day I look at my son and his new cavity on the front of his nose. I am so sorry I chose to go to this office. I have been told by others (dr's) that a dermatologist should not be cutting on faces for this type of procedure Just FYI This was not a cancerous or any way harmful type skin situation Now it just looks bad on his young skin 0 stars. I was a patient of Dr. Sawyer for 3 yrs. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I had tried contacting the office for a week to get my prescription refilled, my pharmacy too could not get a response from the clinic either. I emailed yesterday to state how ridiculous I thought it was. To my disbelief I received a personal phone call from Dr. Sawyer herself on a Saturday at 3:00 only to call me out for the email I sent, because the email I sent said “ridiculous” in it. She called me rude many times and then stated i would no longer be a patient of DLA. Dr Sawyer then went on to tell me that the entire DLA staff had, had many negative discussions about me in the past. I keep hearing more and more stories ab Dr. Sawyers anger and belittling of others. Having a dr calling someone on a Saturday to bully them is very concerning and should be reviewed to the highest extent. She has google reviews ab discrimination and denying treatment due to religious beliefs. Very unprofessional.

Dr Sawyer is the most knowledgeable and personable physician I have ever met. She is incredibly skilled and her love for her patients shows in every visit. I can not recommend her more highly.

Dr. Sawyer is a protectionist. She is brilliant, honest, and an artist when it comes to botox, derma fillers, anything to do with the cosmetic dermatology. I've been lucky enough to be a patient of Dr. Sawyer's for almost 6 years and have been more than pleased with her gift of aestetics as well as her wonderful, bright, and truly honest personality. This is in regards to the CoolSculpting procedure. The procedure itself is not bad at all. The results are very discouraging though. NONE! Very costly, but very disappointing. I am not big, but have a soft tummy due to three big babies. I was so enthusiastic about this procedure and told I was a good candidate. I swear it did not do anything to help me. I just lost a lot of money which I regret more than anything. Please do not waste your money.

Dr. Sawyer is amazing. Her knowledge of cosmetic treatments is vast. It is clear that she loves what she does. She provides the results that she promises. I have gone in thinking I wanted to have a certain procedure done and she would advise me on the better option with better results. I believe her to be a caring and honest doctor.

I really didn't want to go visit a dermatologist because I was terrified at what was going to happen. I visited, the wait was minimal and my visit with the Doctor was very easy. It turned out they didn't have to chop my foot and I was super relieved. Staff was great also, I have already referred a few people her way.

LOVELOVE Dr. Sawyer. I have had several visits to help battle my hyper pigmentation and she is VERY knowledgable about the various treatments. I recommend the IPL treatment and some of the products she recommended have truly made a difference. My daughter and i have both seen Dr. Flannegan as well. I am a Basal Cell Carcinoma survivor. Dr. Katherine Flanagan and Dr. Sarah Boyce Sawyer have been looking after me for at least 10 years. Their office is an efficient operation yet very personal and caring. Dr. Flanagan examines me twice a year for squamous cell, basal cell and melanoma as I am high risk for each. Any precancerous lesions discovered are removed at each examination. Highly recommend these two fine Doctors. I am a Basal Cell Carcinoma survivor. I love Dr. Sawyer. I have terrible melasma and she has helped me reduce the dark brown spots almost completely. She knows so much about the lasers that she uses. I trust her 100% with anything she would suggest that I do and know it's necessary to accomplish my ultimate goal.

Dr. Sawyer has a fantastic bed side manner. She is very attentive to your needs and you can tell she really wants to deliver results. She and her staff were super nice, knowledgeable and her prices are very reasonable. I would definately recommend her to all my family and friends.

Excellent dermatologist! Had facial resurfacing and botox injections and could not be happier! I would reccomend her to everyone! Staff was very courteous and professional.
