Cordial and efficient operation from start to finish.

Dr. Modlin is a professional, pleasant and caring doctor. I have recommended him to friends who are also totally satisfied with his services. I could not recommend another ENT with traits.

Staff was polite and professional. Dr M had great bedside manner. Great personality and resolved my condition

When you combine skill, compassion and enthusiasm, you get someone like Dr. Saul Modlin. His ability to quickly diagnose a problem and treat the condition might well have saved my father's life. I can't recommend Dr. Saul Modlin highly enough.

First, I was able to get an appointment within days, not weeks or months. Secondly, the Office Staff were courteous and friendly. The Doctor was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable in his work. He also took his time to explain what needed to be done.

Dr Moldin always has compassion and empathy for his patients. Genuinely cares for your well being.

My first visit ,the staff is friendly and the Doc is terrific ,he resolved my ear problem and I walked out feeling great! Highly recommend him.

The receptionist (a young ) energetic lady was very professional.

Dr. Modlin and staff take the time to consider patient questions and understand patient concerns, then Dr. Modlin prescribes an effective course of treatment. Office is efficiently run, and appointments are kept to the minute. A Five Star practice!

Dr. Modlin is a brilliant, caring and altruistic doctor. His care is superb. Moreover his medical instruments are state of the art. His staff is wonderful.

I called to make an appointment, I provided my insurance information to the secretary she gave me appointment, spoke with the her on three occasions, even a day before my visit when she called I asked if my insurance covers the visit she said yes even stated if it didn't we would have informed you, after a week wait I went to the office, were given 10 pages papers to fill, waited 50 minute, doctor Modlin came he asked me to sign additional paper, I asked what is this he said if your insurance did not pay, I said your secretary said my insurance is OK he said No, we do not take your insurance I said why did your secretary did not tell me and confirmed my appointment even day prior to visit, Dr. Modlin tells me MAKE PEOPLE TO COME WE TELL THEM WHAT THEY NEED AND COST WE NEGITIATE PRICE. I said this

HORRIBLE DOCTOR!! Do not go to this doctor! I had surgery on my voice, and it was never the same. I have been going to speech therapists for 15 years now. Worst experience of my life. Very rude and not professional. DO NOT GO TO DR.MODLIN!!!!

Dr Modlin straightened my nose with very little pain.

Love Dr Modlin! Dr.Modlin is professional, listens and takes care of my concerns. The office staff are great and there is never a long wait. Dr. Modlin actually makes my dr visit enjoyable.

Dr. Modlin is a great doctor.

Dr. Modlin appears to be very competent in his practice. I have been to his office 4 times, twice for a visit with him due to Covid 19 like symptoms and separately for a balance and a hearing test which he recommended as per my DX. Dr. Modlin 's staff and assistants were very nice and competent for these procedures. But noting, Dr. Modlin "dashes around" his visits from patient to patient, to room to room. I have said to him, Dr. please slow downI He said, I can't. I would certainly want him to be around for my continued visits. In spite of Dr.'s dashing, I would recommend him as a very qualified ENT MD, Janice Verga, RN, BSN Dr. Modlin appears to be very competent in his practice. I never realized he was an out of network doctor. He never explained that or his charges. He only cares about charging the big bucks for any and everything! He sued me and will now garnish my paycheck for thousands of dollars!

Excellent! My daughter had an emergency tonsillectomy and Dr Modlin was skillful and caring taking his time explaining everything. Another time he answered our call late on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend when we were away on vacation. My daughter had a bad throat infection, which he diagnosed thru pictures, and called in a prescription. She was better in a day or two. Highly recommend Dr Modlin

He’s a con artist. He Overcharges patients and does whatever he can to get the most money, leaving patients high and dry. He only cares about the money, nothing else.

This is one extraordinary doctor. I am not one to be impressed by other professionals- however Doctor Modlin deserves 5 star’s! He makes the time to answer questions and most importantly he speaks with confidence and professionalism at your level. I met him in the hospital prior to being put under anesthesia for three hours and his follow through post surgery was incredible. Not to mention he put my nose back in line after suffering a traumatic health scare. I breathe better than ever and I am looking forward to using him for other family ailments in the future. The absolute most caring and attentive doctor. There is a bit of a wait because he takes his time with patients but he's worth it.

I was so grossly overcharged by the doctor that my insurance will not pay; he adds charges for services that he never performed. Looking at the bill, he gets creative with the name of the costs when he pads the bill. My advice is to never go to this doctor, stay with doctors that work with big, so you are protected. If you have already made the mistake of seeing this doctor and have suffered his nasty practices, please file a complaint as I have with the department of health, insurance company’s antifraud department and your State Medical Board. AVOID SAUL MODLIN AT ALL COSTS IF YOU NEED AN EAR NOSE THROAT DOCTOR! My 75 year old mother was under Dr. Modlin's care for sharp ear pain for months. He terribly treated her for an inner ear infection/fluid in her inner ear. When she could no longer stand the pain, and sharp headaches she checked herself into the hospital thinking she had a stroke. The subsequent MRI revealed a mass in her head behind the nose as well as a tumor on her thyroid gland. His abhorrent bedside manner in discussing the necessary biopsy surgery left my mother and I in tears. We have transferred her to another hospital in order to seek more specialized and more thorough care. I wonder if he had ordered the MRI/Catscan earlier we would have known the severity of her situation earlier so that she could have been in a less precarious situation. Dr. Saul Modlin is a very professional and experienced good Dr. in healing my left ear infection on my first visiting. I had my left ear pain for months and I was initially diagnosed by another nose/ear Dr. more than a month ago to no avail while the pain worsen. After counseling with my family cardiologist Dr. Roger Kersten then a recommendation of Dr. Saul Modlin for my ear pain. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Saul Modlin's superior medical credential and professionalism in promptly finding the root cause then a treatment afterward. Dr. Modlin is a wonderful doctor. He treated me quickly and was straight to the point. I was able to get an appointment right away and was pleasantly shocked. I don't know any doctor that can see you the same day you call. I have had many talks with his practice manager and am grateful for all of her help with other family members needs. She is a gem. I recommend Dr. Modlin highly. If you need a doctor that speaks straight without all of the big doctor words then this is the one for you. I can't thank you enough. I have been seeing him for the last couple of months and he takes the time to explain things to me clearly and concisely, always answering all of my questions. I would not recommended this please to anyone ,when I when to ask something I was interrupted for the doctor, he was always busy at the computer and he wants to attend to all patients at the same time.,there is not privacy in the rooms,it's very stressful and the doctor only cares about the money..

Dr. Saul M Modlin is a wonderful person. He is particularly great with children and has great bed side matter. He is extremely informative, caring and really has the patients best interest at heart. My 6 year old daughter had a very difficult surgery removing an abscess from behind her eye (he was our life saver) and she looks forward to seeing him for her follow up appointments. Going to this Dr. is never a dreaded experience for her. I highly recommend Dr. Modlin to anyone who is considering using him. Dr. Modlin is THE BEST! He did an emergency tonsillectomy on my 18 yr old son after he was admitted to Winthrop Hospital. We did not know Dr. Modlin but we're lucky enough to have him there when we needed him. My son had some bleeding complications in the week following his surgery and Dr. Modlin was there to take care of him! He is an excellent Doctor and surgeon and his patient care is extraordinary! His office staff is amazing! We are very fortunate to have found Dr. Modlin.

Dr. Modlin is a very kind man. He was wonderful with my children and put my son at ease with every visit. Not only do I think he is a very knowledgeable man, he took his time when in the room with us and his spirit and kind, gentle nature made our decisions much easier and less traumatic. He is very understanding and does not refuse to see a child because of health care/insurance issues. He worked with us in a way that most other doctors do not even consider today. He didn't answer my questions straight forward, and he insulted my 8 yr old daughters weight right in front of my daughter aand extremely upset and depressed my daughter so much! He is a disgrace! He should have spoke to me about that privately that is so unprofessional! He's all about money and has no care atall! I'm disgusted!

Wonderful doctor. Came to the ER on a Sunday to aid my wife. She could barely breath. He gave his personal phone number to me to call him the moment we arrived at the hospital and had us expedited to a private room. He treated her very quickly and she walked out of there just fine. I especially like that he spoke plain English to me so I could understand what was going on, (not all that medical lingo).
