Dr. Savita is a good doctor I’ve been going my whole life it’s seems okay there’s only a little attitude from the front desk but the doctors are the best they listen and make sure your fine

Dr Krishan Singal is amazing. He made me feel comfortable through my appointments. And Dr Monique burton is a gem. Very sweet and understanding. She listens to concerns and makes you feel comforted and taken care of.

Since I started having my son go to this pediatricians office I have had issues with the front desk staff. The customer service is terrible, they act like you are bothering them and have nasty additudes. 2021 I brought my child in for a physical, the doctor brought up the controversial covid shot and gave unsolicited advice since my son is under age for the shot anyway. After that conversation she proceeds with the visit by saying hurry up put him on the table I have other patients to see... A day or two later my son wasnt feeling well I called the offices emergency line because it was the weekend, the doctor answered asked what the issue is and said who is this. Once I told her she responded OH ITS YOU, WHAT DO WANT, just take him to the ER and hung up!!!!!!!! ----???? Completely unprofessional staff. Only gave one star as zero wasn't an option. Their administrative staff is rude, they refuse to give me my son's medical records stating it will take two weeks, then Holly had the audacity to say "he must not be that important because I've worked here 15 years and I don't know your son". I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General regarding their refusal to release my son's medical records to me. Completely unprofessional staff. I was surprised to read negative reviews on Google and I felt compelled to write my own. I love Savita; my son has been seeing her for 3 years, after a less than desirable experience at a different pediatric office. She is pleasant, gentle, doesn't push the flu shot. I see Kerri Jones in her office as well-she is so lovely. I've never had any issues with the office staff! I was surprised to read negative reviews on Google and I felt compelled to write my own. Dr.Singal has been there for my kids every day of there lives she is amazing she is a big part of our family and i could not imagine not having her in our lives. We love her!!! Her amazing staff can get us right at any time. The office is always clean.
