The Dr is fine. The rules of the office are not. I needed a refill of a TOPICAL OINTMENT , so my pharmacy sent over a request which was denied. They were told I had to come into the office. Mind you, I have insurance but I also have a $60 co pay. If I am cleaning or washing dishes a lot, my right arm breaks out in bumps/rash that itches to the point of madness!! So I called the office , and explained why I was calling. Long story short, she asked me if I had been in the office in the last 6 months. I think so. She said the last time I was in was January (for the very same reason), therefore it was over 6 months so I had to come in if I wanted a refill. IT'S AUGUST 3RD!!!! 3 FREAKING DAYS?!?!? She precedes to tell me it's not her rules. She said that SEVERAL times. MONEY HUNGRY !! NON CARING OF PATIENTS!! PETTY!! RUUUUUUNNNNNN!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO MY WORST ENEMY! I've been a patient of Dr. Wikis for over 20 years. He has always been kind and I trust him with my care. However, office staff is horrible. When I was still working, I would wait at least an hour every time I had an appointment. They put a stupid note on the window to sign in and don't come back to the window to check on how long. One day, I waited the usual 1 hour, then when they had taken all the people in the waiting room but me, they closed the window and went to lunch. I knocked on the door, and told the Doctor they forgot me. He apologized and took me right away and found out, they thought I had been seen and filed my file. Every time I call for an appointment, they say I will have to start as a new patient if I haven't been there in 12 months and then make it for about 4 mos. later. DONE WITH THEM>Dr. Wikis, you need to do something with your staff!!!

Completely incompetent. Expect an issue every single time you deal with this place. They have given me wrong information on multiple occasions, the only thing they can guarantee is inconvenience for you.

Very thorough and professional!

I recently switched to Dr Wikas. I saw both him and his resident. I had such a positive experience from the receptionist and medical tech to the doctors. I spent most of the time with the resident. She is very thorough and put together a comprehensive plan for me. She even found a precancerous mole! So glad I found this group!

Dr. Wikas has helped me tremendously. I had a problem and he knew right away what to do. It has cleared up and in the years I have been going to him, he has treated other issues that have surfaced. He is the best doctor.

Very kind, extremely thorough. Made sure I left with no questions. My wait was no longer than with most of my doctors and far less than some. I recommend!

Disaster! I have had 3 appointments so far for a very serious skin condition that put me in emergency. On both follow ups this doctor spent absolutely no time looking over anything on my skin. He didn’t even discuss anything about my condition to me or offer tips or advice on care for the treated area. Log into your file online with them and it’s like you actually had a real appointment. He also decides on prescriptions without even looking at you, I know this since I can hear through the wall.

Always, always, always late! Had an 8:15 appointment. Still waiting at 8:30. How do you get behind so early in the morning? Have never waited less than 30 minutes. Sometimes an hour! They must double book. Very disrespectful of patients' time.

This doctor so soft spoken and kind. But he don't seem to look my skin over well He need a women helper.

I was a patient of Dr. Wikas' for over ten years. The wait time was never less than 45 minutes, and usually at least an hour, regardless of the time of day. One day I showed up 15 minutes late, figuring the dozens of times I had waited, this time would be ok to be running late. The front desk informed me that since I was late I would have to reschedule. I never went back.

Dr. Wikas is a wonderful doctor who takes time to answer all your questions and makes you feel comfortable especially in a tough situation. He wants you to be happy with your results. I recommend him to everyone I know! Best dermatologist ever! You may have to wait a little but every specialty office is like that and let me tell you, the wait is worth it! Before finding Dr. Wikas, I had to wait longer at other dermatologists offices.

Dr. Wikas preformed a biopsy and recommended removal of a birth mark so I scheduled a surgery with him. When I showed up, they pulled the bait and switch with two medical students that I never met who preformed the surgery. Everything seemed to turn out okay but this was never discussed with me. Also, During the surgery there was an open bio-waste garbage bag 2 feet from my face. Dr. Wikas did stop in the room several times during the procedure and then again at the end.

The Kent office is horrible. The wait there is always over an hour. They only go there every other week so they triple book. They will tell you that too.
