My wife continuley expressed dissatisfaction with the color of her bridge, they ignored her for months even after they first put it in and told her to give it some time. When she confronted him with this today, he raised his voice and put her in tears, telling her it's her fault because she rushed him to get it done before we had our baby.(not true) His office also will call your insurance company and give all your info out for everyone to hear in the waiting room including SSN AND DOB. Dr Draper time to get some people skills training and brush up on your dentistry color shading techniques when making bridges.. See you in court and a report on your practices to the American Dental Association.) We've been dealing with Prosthodontics for over 10 years now across 3 different states and Scott Draper is the worst we've seen in that period of time. We certainly will never use this Prosthodontist again and I strongly encourage those considering his services to read about our horrible experience below. PROS: - They are kind and courteous for the first visit or 2. - The location is convenient for some. - They may provide you will a promising consultation, but (read below).... CONS: - After the first few visits both the receptionist as well as Scott will become very rude. Literally he would not speak a word to my wife during her visits. I attended one of her appointments just to see for myself; and Scott would not even make eye contact with me or my wife nor did he speak to either of us. - Receptionists are very rude an unorganized. We have had to call up to 5 times to make an appointment; rarely would they return our messages. - Upon consultation we were told the procedure would be "easy" and take "3 visits or less". 18 months and 15+ appointments later he still couldn't provide a working solution. - Scott asked my wife to get a root canal so he could use it as an attachment point. After paying a significant amount out of pocket for the root canal (not to mention the discomfort) he never even used it. That said; the root canal was done for nothing! - Scott does not care if the patient is "comfortable" or not. A few of my wife's visits resulted in major pain she described as "painful as childbirth", but he never once asked if she was in pain or suggested novocaine. - Scott ground down a number of my wife's teeth to better fit "his solution"; now my wife has discomfort in those teeth because they are ground down too far. - Our out of pocket costs far exceeded what we were initially told even though we had a full consultation with Scott prior. This doesn't even begin to consider the many days lost from work for the appointments. After all the CONS I listed above, none of the work performed by Scott was used. The parts he made broke and we ended up having to get implants... All the time, money and pain paid to Scott was lost. I strongly believe Scott Draper has no business being in Prosthodontics and I strongly encourage anyone considering his services to go elsewhere. I was happy that Melissa was my hygienist, as I had read positive reviews about her ( I’m sure the other hygienists are good, as well)! She met and yes, exceeded my expectations. She gave me a thorough but “pain-free” cleaning, checking several times to make sure I was “ok.” Sweet lady! Thanks, Melissa! As for Dr. Draper, I am so blessed that he opened his practice here in Colorado Springs! He’s Nice with a capital “N” and a wonderful dentist with a capital “W!”

Rude, had to get work redone. Read the Google reviews. They lie, do sub par work, when you have a problem they will not fix. We are now pursuing reporting to DORA . AND and Colorado Dental a Association. Do not use this Dentist!!!!

Professional, knowledgeable, and won’t try to convince you to “overtreat”just to increase his profit margin.

Best dentist I have ever used. Only one receptionist was a problem and she has gone. Their new one is a peach!

Dr. Draper is the best around town. His assistant and office staff are amazing and they go out of their way to help when someone is in need! If you're looking for quality, a great experience, and genuine/honest people this is, without question, the office for you!!

Dr. Draper is the most honest, skilled, and caring dentist I have ever known. Colorado Springs is lucky to have him in the community. His office staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

For what I had to see Doctor Draper for, he knows what he is doing. He was able to make all new dentures, without the presence of teeth, and I only had to go for 3 minor adjustments. I had to live with bad dentures from a prior dentist for almost 3 years, which caused a lot of issues for me. I would highly recommend Doctor Draper!

Stay away from this Dentist. The office staff is condescending, unprincipled, and unreliable. The first visit was professionally conducted, with pleasantries in abundance; all happiness and light. However, once commitments were made to seek services, things fast became unwelcoming. My wife had multiple procedures that were supposed to be coordinated by this office; they dropped the ball on most of these commitments and then blamed my wife for their incompetence. They have no basic understanding of two-way communications; they only know transmit mode. Multiple times we tried to resolve things or at least find out what was going on; each time we were met with rudeness and defensiveness. No responsibility was taken for anything. My wife has seen many dentists over the past 20 years; never have we experienced this type treatment from a medical professional. After months of trying to make things work, we finally had no choice but to seek another dentist. If you’re looking for an experience that lacks even a microscopic awareness of customer service or professionalism, this dentist is absolutely for you. But I would strongly recommend you record every verbal communication you have with them; they tend to embellish or rewrite conversations to suit their immediate purpose. Stay away from this Dentist. Stay away from this Dentist. Office staff condescending, unprincipled, unreliable. First visit was professional; once procedures began, things fast became unwelcoming. Dropped ball on coordinating several procedures; blamed wife for their incompetence; routinely met with rudeness and defensiveness; never experienced this type treatment from medical professional. Strongly recommend recording every verbal conversation; they tend to embellish or rewrite conversations to suite their purpose.

Dr Draper is highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly and provides excellent dental care. He will only recommend treatment that is necessary or clearly beneficial for the patient. He has your best interest at heart. His hygienist is thorough but gentle. You don't feel rushed and there is calm in his office. Not hustle and bustle so you feel relaxed, and the view of the mountains from the chair doesn't hurt. Being a Prosthodontist who provides general dental care, as well, is a plus.

Love Dr. Draper. Terrible receptionist.

Dr. Draper is always kind, professional and knowledgable. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a respectable dentist.

Highly Recommend Dr. Draper! I am having extensive dental work and he and his staff have been excellent to work with. Very professional, highly skilled and supportive. Been to a few dentists in town and he is the best!

My wife and I love Dr. Scott Draper and his office. We have gone to many dentists in the area and Draper is the most professional, most courteous, and best overall experience we have ever had.
