Dr. Scott Dudak

for those uninsured Beware. I was quoted over $600+ just for an office visit. the crazy part is I know Dr. Dudak for decades, actually since elementary school, and he thought it was ok to charge a friend such a ridiculous amount of money for a 10 minute appointment to get a simple prescription. If you read many of his reviews you will see that others have had this experience of Dr. Dudaks office chasing after peoples money. his reviews are not very impressive. very non compassionate, yet very greedy. I offer 1 star but I wouldnt give any stars if I had the option, as he was not there to help me, it was all about the money. so I went to Good Mds. filled out a form paid $39.99 and in less then an hour my prescription was ready at Walgreens. Total cost $90. I recommend finding a urologist that is not about the money. most doctors over charge as they have an expensive house, a corvette and need money for ski vacations.

Dr.Dudek takes His time to talk about your general health,whats available to make life better as a Male and explains the male anatomy in layman's terms. Ive seen Dr.Dudek maybe 6 times over the years and always found it a pleasurable experience walking away educated.Staff are Superior and Kind.

Today I accompanied my mom to her appointment with Dr. Dudak. He was very thorough reviewing her previous visit notes as well as performing the procedure to find out more about the issues she was having. He showed care and consideration in spending time to answer her questions and provide as much information as possible. I would definitely highly recommend him as he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Dr. Scott Dudak. !

Called to make an appointment, told the office staff my concerns and situation and she put me on hold and never came back. They also expect me to go gather all my prior history, xrays, etc physically from my other doctors. Absolutely absurd. Not the type of doctor I want to get involved with. Cross this place off the list

I saw him years ago abt a possible kidney stone. He snickered at me saying he didn't think I had a KS. He ordered a sonogram which came out negative. About a month later I ended up in the ER with a 8mm kidney stone detected by ct-scan. Great work Dudak.

Dr. Dudak took the time to read my medical history and listen to my issues and concerns. After a thorough consultation and examination he suggested some changes in my care which were very useful. Dr. Scott Dudak was very thorough in my consult and examination and gave me very useful advice. He listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable about my issues. The office staff was great. It was my first visit but will definitely go back.

I was seen right on time. Dr. Dudak was extremely knowledgable. In addition, he spent the necessary time answering all of my questions.

Made an appointment weeks in advance for today 12/6/21 and took off time from work to show up on time. When I arrived and provided my information a Hispanic male with a nasty attitude made remarks and the Hispanic female who found my information in the system said my appointment was cancelled. The Hispanic male then said he called me numerous times last week to advise which I quickly denied because I had no missed calls from this office nor did I have any voicemails left for me in reference either. When I asked why a voicemail wasn’t left they could respond and claimed they usually do but don’t know why not this time. The Hispanic female then tried to reschedule me for another day toward the end of the month which I quickly declined as I left this office. I am a new patient and this was my first experience in this office which was recommended to me by friends of the family which I trust however due to this interaction and poor customer service I will not be returning and I will never recommend this place to anybody I know. Terrible bed side manner. Rude, arrogant, not patient or kind, the opposite-very rough. Only tried to sell the urolift. Just bad vibes. Will def not be taking my father to him again.

Not sure what’s up with the office manager’s knowledge of the COVID testing. He or she does not know the difference between antibody testing and antigen testing. She or he cancelled my relative’s outpatient visit because of a positive COVID ANTIBODY testing. The office needs more training.

Absolutely horrible experience. Wayne (office manager) led me to not even see Dr. Dudak. I do not know if it's always as busy as it was today, but with 7+ people waiting outside, I arrived early for my appt as requested. I informed him I was here, and he seemed to ignore me for the next 20 mins & help people who had appointments after me. When he finally came to me, I asked if the wait would be longer than 30 minutes due to the people outside. His response: "Yes, we are a specialty office...there will be a long wait" in an extremely rude & condescending tone. He must think I'm brain dead or I've never been to a specialty doctor before? If you choose the right doctors office, you wont have a 30+ minute wait and be talked down to like WAYNE decided to do today. Do yourself a favor and find a better office. Liked Dr. Dudak for procedure done many years ago. Called today to schedule an appointment to address a new concern. Was told I had to wait 14 days no matter what because charts stored off site, even though new concern had nothing to do with past. I informed them in pain and could not wait. Was told no exceptions. Dr. Scott Dudak is an angry, pompous, rude, arrogant, cold hearted and extremely impatient Doctor. A complete cold-hearted ignoramus when it comes to communicating with decency. If he's not yet your doctor, I highly recommend searching elsewhere. If he is, be cautious because his personality can turn on a dime, and hopefully his irrational anger does not come out during procedures!

My husband had been going to Dr. Dudak for almost 20 years. He is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. He had helped my husband, following up in every aspect of his care. He explains everything about your condition and your options. We give him 5 stars and would not hesitate to recommend him to any family member.

They are not patient focused. I was told to call to give my treatment feedback. When I did it took them almost a week to call back then left a message to me saying the opposite of what I told them showing they weren't listening to me. The Doc rushes you through, doesn't ask if you have questions and just leaves, not to mention the long wait times. The nurse staff was friendly at least. Had an awful experience with Dr Dudak. While you are seeking his help he is heartless and noncaring while you are suffering. Stay away.

I went to office, just to make sure my kidney infection didn't cause any other problems. They gave me some tests that usually doesn't cover by insurance (unnecessary) , without even telling me, or asking if I want to proceed.. Now sent me a bill for $ 324!!!! I was trying to talk to the billing department, the clerk was very rude, told me that they will send me to collections! Be aware! Don't go if you don't want to be overcharged!!

I found him personable, knowledgeable and extremely competent. I will definitely use him as my go to Urologist

On our first visit, the office staff was wonderful. We met Dr. Dudak and he was very cordial with a good bedside manner. He is the first urologist we have been to and we were nervous. He put us right at ease, saying that He studied my hubby's tests and with the new techniques in medicine he can say this man is not going to die from cancer. His PSA is off the charts but he is a healthy 87 year old. the next visit was the prostrate biopsies and I was allowed in the procedure room with him. His nurse had it all under control and when Dr. Dudak came in he got right to work. Again pleasant and cordial explaining every step of the way. Darrell wasn't uncomfortable at all. All the horror stories we had heard about the procedure didn't happen to us.

He waited for 45 minutes without anyone coming in to assist him or apologize for the delay. My husband had his own patients to see at 10:00am, so he had to leave. When he went to the front desk to say he had to leave, there was no apology given for the wait. She could not have cared less. We understand that doctor's offices have wait times, and we scheduled first thing in the morning to avoid this issue. I just had my first visit with Dr. Scott Dudak. I was very nervous due to the reasons for my visit. He was incredibly calm, informative, and was not in a rush to hurry through my visit. He was very thorough and his bedside manner was impeccable. I am happy to say I have found a urologist I am comfortable on the first try! He helped me with my kidney stone in 2017 but he is no help at all with my overactive bladder in fact he was insulting! He told me to stop drinking coffee eating spicy foods and that I’m too fat

I have been seeing Dr Dudak Scott for last 2-3 yrs and I m impressed by his care and attention to patient’s concerns. His examination & evaluation is thorough. His discussion on the findings and any tests results is deep and thorough! A great doctor!

PlasmaButton Surgery recovery was a painful first 2-days. Urine flow begins to decrease after 6 months. Effectiveness of surgery not expected to last very long before having to repeat procedure. If annoyed Dr Dudak will raise his voice discouraging any questions or concerns you may have.

Phone system is terrible. Trying to confirm an appt, you hear a long recording about Dr Marla Dudak's information followed by a long recording about Dr Scott Dudak's information. Then you get hung up on after the recording tells you the mailbox is full, so you can't even leave a message. From my initial appointment to surgical scheduling and stent removal Dr Dudak and his staff are second to none! This office actually listens to us patients will go the extra step to make sure we are as educated as we can be. He went over my radiology reports one by one with me and thoroughly explained how he was going to help me. With an incredible team that all contribute to the incredible level of care I received I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for the best urologist in Boca
