Dr. Gradwell scheduled an initial appointment for me promptly and also quickly performed service..I had 2 lower bottom back implants placed & a wisdom tooth extracted & stitched w/in one half hour painlessly !! My appt was 9:00 I was walking out of the office & able to drive myself at 9:30 !! less than a week out I do not feel any discomfort from implants and recovery not bad from extraction I managed with extra strength Tylenol..Doctor & staff professional and friendly and professional service excellent

Dr Gradwell and staff provide a relaxing atmosphere. Everybody is knowledgeable professional helpful and friendly. All seem to truly care about you as a person not just oral health. Wait time is usually minimal.

Dr. Gradwell and his staff go above and beyond to put you at ease throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking dental implants.

Dr. Gradwell was wonderful. After dealing with an unknown issue in my mouth for over a month, Dr Gradwell figured out my problem in less than two minutes. It’s been a couple days and I am pain free. No antibiotics just natural toothpaste, mouth Rinse and a spray to keep my mouth moist. We need more doctors like him. I am so happy now and can eat without having my mouth on fire. Amazing! I was so pleased with this practice. It's as if the old patient care is back! The procedure was explained to me fully. They took care to be concerned that I was not in any pain. Dr. Gradwell took his time, and I did not feel rushed. After my procedure I was so thankful my antibiotics and ibuprofen were given to me before I left, it saved me a trip to the pharmacy. A trip I did not have time to make (as I had to return to work.) The whole staff is professional and kind. This was like patient care used to be. It was so refreshing. Dr. Gradwell called me later in the evening and asked if everything was ok and asked how I was doing. Who does that anymore?!? This was the best experience I've had in a long time with any medical or dental professional. I was thankful for the goodie bag, which included a can of soup, a tea bag, and ice pack, instructions for aftercare, a new super soft toothbrush, a bottle of prescription mouthwash, a magnet, a pen. Dr. Gradwell reversed my periodontal condition and I have remained a loyal patient of his for 25 years. Under his care, and his wonderful staff, I expect to keep my own smile for the rest of my days. I have two nicknames for him. The Davinci of Dentistry and the Picasso of Periodontists. He is a gem and I drive 1.5 hours one way to remain in his care. It was very pleasant. Usually I’m a bit nervous at the dentist but the environment in the office was very calming.

Dr..Scott Gradwell was Excellent. I was amazed at how quick and efficient, pain free, and stress free my procedure was. I had a tooth extracted, and an implant . He and his staff are professional and at the same time caring and make you feel at ease. I highly recommend him.

The people that work in this place are so nice that it almost makes you forget they are jabbing around in your mouth with painful tools!

Never know what to expect these days! But I can tell you this it’s one of the best Doctors office I have ever been to. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! ????????

From the first person I talked to, the assistants. And the doctor himself everyone was kind patient and caring. My Anxiety level dropped from the start. I have not had my procedure done yet, but feel confident and no longer worried about it.

Dr. Gradwell is a true professional in every aspect. He does excellent work. He and his staff put you at ease immediately, everyone in the office is lovely. Highly recommend him!

Update, today was my extractions with dr gradwell, and his amazing staff. Dr gradwell and staff is the best, they truly took care of my every need and i cant thank them enough for it. They made sure i was comfortable not in any pain and set to go home, i even had a lovely care package to take home with me, and will be receiving a call from him tonight to check on me. I have never been able to say i even like a dentist, but dr gradwell is different, he is amazing and you could never go wrong seeing him. My appointment with Dr. Gradwell was amazing, i had a consult to go over my options, and was very pleasantly surprised with the options he had in mind. I was nervous before going to get my teeth cleaned, but once I got there, everyone makes you feel at home and they are all extra nice and sensitive and my hygienist did a great job and Dr. Gradwell is the nicest, kindest person and I wouldn't trust putting my teeth in any other hands. Dr. Gradwell and his staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, friendly and wonderful! They took their time and explained everything in detail and allowed us to ask questions. I would recommend them to everyone!

I feel Dr. Gradwell‘s professional knowledge in his field go to far above everyone else. His office staff are all on top of their game also. I am living in Delaware and I am still driving up to the Lehigh Valley for Dr. Gradwell. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a periodontist.
