Scott McGinley is an awesome doctor he's very friendly kind makes you laugh and understands any questions you may have and very thorough I would recommend this doctor he's a one of a kind!

Extremely rude doctor. Asked him a question and he shrugged then changed the subject. After that horrible response he then informs me that there is a surgery that may help me but it wasn't worth his time to do it. terrible experience

I realized that he wasn't the right person to talk to about my insurance, but he shouldn't have stated, "he's sick and tired of people talking about their insurance instead of worrying about their condition." I was shocked that I never thought he would be so rude. I heard him sigh and say, "geez." I felt like I was being treated like a nobody. I've got my next appointment but asked for another physician because of my horrible experience with him. The manager and staff were compassionate as they saw me in tears. I'm never going to recommend him to all my friends and family. He is an example of a superior, self- condescending doctor that made me feel belittled as a person. His lack of respect for my needs and difficult personality will inhibit me from getting the care I need from him. My daughter is taking up medicine, and I hope and pray someday, when she graduates, she will act as a professional doctor who will care for her patients.

He is a amazing doctor! I had a meniscus tear. He explain's everything very well. He has a very good bed side manner. He listen to what you have to say.The staff are so nice. Nothing but good to say about them. I appreciate the care I was given.

Very rude and agitated as an on call doctor. Acted like we were disturbing him, could have showed understanding for our concerns. He told us that if we called in the middle of the night (8pm) we must be concerned and should just take our Dad to the ER. Would not recommend Dr McGinley to anyone!

I had my right knee scope 2 years ago and had zero problems with it great bedside manner.

When my mother fell and broke her wrist, Dr McGinley said it was one of the worst breaks he had ever seen. He and his office staff were so kind and professional throughout the whole ordeal, and he did a great job with the surgery. I highly recommend this doctor.

My wife saw an obsequious Dr. McGinley for several months, following an accident. He was friendly, amiable, and quick to collect on our insurance; while, at the time, not doing much at all to slow the progression of my wife's injury. All was seemingly well, until he mentioned the possibility of surgery. We asked his office staff to make sure that information is added to her chart, because there is litigation involved in the accident. They seemed to happily oblige, but gave us the run around in actually doing so. After about the 20th phone call, and our promises to our attorney, they inform us that Dr. McGinley doesn't remember saying anything about surgery and refused to add any reference thereof to my wife's chart. Wow. We tried to be understanding, and even tried to schedule a follow-up appointment, when we were told (by his office staff), to:"not even bother, if we only wanted surgery comments added in her chart". Guess what? She has a severe injury and an MRI report to prove it, so she still needs treatment, doc. So, they made her an appointment, we waited a month, but when we arrived he made his office staff come out and tell us, in the waiting room, that he did not want to see her anymore, and to see a specialist because her injury is beyond his further help. I am 100% certain that if we wouldn't have mentioned a pending lawsuit--which meant a small, small chance that he might have had to go a little out of his way to actually help someone, and interrupt his cushy routine--the good Dr. McGinley would have cheerfully and indefinitely continued to see my wife and collect our insurance premiums, while never actually helping her and referring her to the specialist that she needs, and now has. Once you do the initial paperwork, etc. @ the front desk / waiting room . The young ladies were very helpful, professional with friendly personalities. Once you are called into the back examination area, the same atmosphere follows as well as prompt response. They're all very educated with sincere, empathetic, personalities as well as Dr. McGinley. Everything is explained in full detail. I'm very pleased. From being retired from a Medical environment, I'm normally a professional & fun person. So I think a lot has to do with each & everyone's (patients) own personality. So on that note Dr. McGinley & his team are very experienced & prepared for any situation.
