This doctor is a joke couldn’t help me at all I never go back. The only reason I gave a star was to be able to post this.

My aunt went to see Dr. Miller for a spot on her ear. He came in, looked at it and said "looks like cancer".....just as nonchalant as can be!!! He told her they were going to take a biopsy then walked out. How can you just tell someone they may have cancer without any kind of sympathy or compassion?!? Then they took the biopsy and said they would call her in 10 days....that was it! No one sat and talked with her or explained anything to her. When she left she was devastated and scared! Felt like the doctor was in a rush and really gave me no options. Was pushing implants instead of any other treatment. Was full of hope when I got there and left feeling worse and still feeling bad.

The staff and Doctor were great In and out time was fine The price was high 648.00 Hope insurance gives some back

Good experience

Very professional experience and pleasant, friendly staff and doctor. All good.

Got in a bit before scheduled. Appointment was quick and out quickly. He took care of my needs.

Dr Miller is knowledgeable and compassionate. He made a quick diagnosis, prescribed a gel that quickly cleared up the problem and recommended a way to avoid a reoccurrence. His manner is friendly as is his staff.

Staff were exceptional, assistants were very easy to deal with even when I inadvertently forgot to ask questions about some other spots I needed to have checked out, they got me back in quickly. Dr. Miller was himself, very personable and engaging as were his whole staff. So glad I have HPD as my dermatology personnel.

Would highly recommend Dr. Miller and his staff. Very friendly and professional.

Very helpful and friendly. Dr. Miller explains what needs to be done, some doctors just tell you and they do not explain. Everyone in the office was very helpful.

I don’t go see Dr. Miller a lot but when I do I’m always seen quickly. Dr. Miller is always professional and personable. I appreciate how he educates me as to what I’m dealing with and the efficiency that my needs are taken care of.

My visits have always been pleasant and swift. Other than a 15 minute wait in the waiting room, I have no other negative feedback. Dr. Miller is concise without being dismissive. The support staff is always very friendly. Many doctors offices tend to make me feel, in some sort of way, that I'm doing something wrong, be it billing, or nursing staff, but I've always felt respected here. I took my son to see Dr. Miller for a skin condition. He was dismissive, rude, arrogant and a total waste of time. But he did not spend more than a few minutes with us. I guess it is impressive that you can be that awful to people in such a short amount of time. I wonder how these people can sleep at night, treating people so terribly. The office staff and his nurse were also arrogant and cold. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere that cares about people and patients and save your time and money. We got in very quickly, Dr. Miller took all the time needed to listen and adress all of our issues and treat each one.

Excellent Dr Miller and his staff were friendly and efficient. Because of my particular issue, he suggested a different method of treatment, and it has worked out well. No wait time issues.

I visited this office twice and saw Dr. Miller both times. Each time I left feeling that (1) my problem remained unaddressed. (2) Dr. Miller is abrasive, lacks empathy and compassion, and shows little to no regard to his patients or specifically me. (3) I wasted time and money visiting this practice. (4) It is most unfortunate that High Plains Dermatology (HPD) can bill my insurance and will be reimbursed for this poor service. (This time I have two commerical insurances, and they will be billed for nothing as HPD did not provide service in any sense of the word.) I am not a person who generally post reviews online (positive or negative). My experience with Dr. Miller at HPD is so exceptionally bad that it warrants this action. My visit today confirmed that my first visit in 2018 was not a one-off. Dr. Miller is the most discourteous provider I have ever interacted with professionally or personally. I do not recommend HPD to my family, friends, coworkers, anyone who prefers dignity.

Had to get totally undressed just to look at my condition that was on my hands,arms,feet. Very uncomfortable & he spent very little time then said he couldn't help me. I was sent to Miller by my neurologist.

Hi everyone, boy this became a real disappointment. Doc Miller was my hope come true as the best Derm. Dr. I have been lucky enough to find. ..........but the staff there has taken a walk, and whoever is there now is the most unqualified people ever! They humiliate people right out the door. They are the most extremely harassing women I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I have a very serious issue and needed to see Dr. Miller but the staff just made me feel very unwanted. I guess they do have plenty of patients, but in times like these it is hard enough to see a Dr. as it is, so why make it worse. Dr Miller is focused on seeing as many patients as possible and is in almost a rush to get to the next patient. Yearly wellness check was not very thorough & passes off removal of age /sun spots to other companies. Will be looking for another dermatolgist! Great experience. Staff friendly, helpful, efficient. Doesn’t even deserve a star for the hurtful comments and selfish unprofessional attitude. Horrible excuse for a “dr”

I went to see this arrogant waste of space for the first time for my acne. He walked into the room, glanced at me for 2 seconds and wrote down 3 prescriptions he recommended from my paperwork. Said a lot of nonsense about how acne worked then chose one prescription. I asked him if he was going to actually look at my skin before throwing a rx at me and he got extremely defensive, says "I'm seeing you just fine, I don't know what you want from me". The whole "exam" was maybe 4 minutes. I wanted a treatment plan. I wanted a doctor that's willing to SHARE knowledge instead of just throwing chemicals at me and expecting me to do the research about it and how to use it. I expected a closer look at my skin, a diagnosis of my certain type of acne and a plan to fix it along with recommendations of other treatments. Instead I got chemicals I knew nothing about. I have learned more about this product from dermatologist YouTube blogs and Astheticians than I did from Dr. Miller. Which is quite sad and pathetic. Furthermore, apparently this product doesn't work well with most of the skincare products I was already working with, which damaged my skin even more. There's also many more warnings about how to use it, where not to put it, etc. that Dr. Miller didn't take 4 extra minutes to explain it to me. Honestly his arrogance and total disregard for his patients is unbelievable. It's one thing to deal with a jerk who is good at their job, but to deal with his attitude on top of his incompetence is too much. I'd highly suggest finding another doctor.
