Dr. Scott Montgomery an excellent doctor. He was patient and took the time to answer my questions. The doctor and his staff are very excellent.

Dr. Montgomery and his staff is the BEST!!!! He’s very knowledgeable about everything that he’s going to discuss with you about your situation. From the surgery to the 6months post surgery he was very very very informative!!!! I can’t thank him enough for the help i received and still is receiving from him and the staff THANK YOU SO MUCH DOC!!!!!!!!!! For years I have struggled with shoulder instability and called many orthopedics and seen many doctors who wouldn’t or couldn’t help me. Finally I was lucky enough to be able to come to Ochsner sports complex and be seen by Hannah and Dr. Montgomery. During my first visit I had X-rays done and an MRI and ct scan scheduled less than a week later. After my scans I was seen back again,less than a week later to talk about and schedule a plan of care. The next month I had a successful arthroscopic repair done by Dr. Montgomery who afterward came out and talked to my mom personally to let her know how everything went. Through this whole process the dispositions of Dr. Montgomery, Hannah, and everyone at their office has been so pleasant, helpful, and kind. Everyone is so genuinely nice and focused on giving the best care possible. Thank you to this wonderful team of people. You guys were worth the wait to find and I appreciate all the great care everyone has taken care of me. I’m so happy and thankful on this road to recovery, and that I can finally put my shoulder problems behind me. I have nothing but great things to say. Thank you again. I had finally got to the point of needing minor surgery (Tenex) on my elbow. Dr. Montgomery, Dr. Gottschalk, and Dr. Jones all worked to get me in quickly. All three showed an epic amount of concern and understanding, and my surgery was scheduled and completed with FANTASTIC results within my small time frame. Most importantly, all three, as well as their staff, never once made me feel rushed although I know their days are filled to the brim.

Dr Montgomery did an Arthroscopic repair of my broken shoulder socket and labrum. Perfect work, and a great pleasure to talk to before and after surgery. Highest praise and recommendation.
