This was one of the most pleasant, thorough and educational eye exam that I can ever remember having during my lifetime. I highly recommend!

It was ok. I say that because the doctor just ramroded through things and didn’t explain what he was going to do (for example he wanted to put some drops in my eyes but didn’t tell me what the drops were or why he wanted to do it)…. Then he got agitated when I said “whoa… wait, what are you doing”? He will get better scores and happier patients if he explains what he is doing and why BEFORE he does his next step.

Dr. Scott Sanders provides a thorough eye exam and explains professional advice you can understand and take appropriate action. The technicians are always helpful and provide excellent service.

All the staff are great here.

My exam experience was great & is every year (because I come to the same place & see the same dr every time). Dr Sander is a kind, caring & knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend him & this office.

Dr Sanders is personable and does a very good eye test. He found an issue with my eyes other than vision and explained the possible cause with a recommendation on how to alleviate the problem.

Knew nothing about bifocal contacts so glad he brought it up as an option!!

Dr. Sanders was pleasant and personable and made sure that I understood everything he was doing. Proper COVID precautions were taken and Clara was very pleasant and friendly.

Dr. Sander was able to get me in for an emergency eye exam after a rock hit me in the eye. The exam was great and thankfully there was no damage. Dr. Sander is very thorough.

Dr. Sander is always so great about answering my questions and being patient with me struggling to choose frames. I've been going to him for years and I'm always happy with my exam. The others who work in the Target Optical, especially Mitch, make ordering frames and contacts easy. They are super helpful, even amidst a pandemic.

Dr Sanders makes my eye appointment very easy every year. He is aware of my history and keeps good records of past issues and meds. I appreciate his professionalism yet, he is very personable and pleasant.

I called Saturday June 22nd because my daughter broke her frames. I knew I paid for her to be able to get one replacement pair so I thought it would be simple. The lady over the phone said I couldn’t replace my frames without coming in for an exam, I thought this we odd but figured since I skipped getting her exam in April that I had to. So I made an appointment for Thursday June 27th at 10:20am. We show up for our appointment on time and are sent in the room and the dr does the exam! Dr Sanders is amazing he is so good with My kids! The problem happened when I was done. When I walked out of the exam room to pay and have her frames replaced the receptionist was far from helpful and very rude! There were 3 gentlemen in the lobby when I came out, a father and his teenage son looking at glasses and sunglasses and a man waiting for His apt, the receptionist continue to help the father and son while the other gentleman went into his apt with the dr while I waited with my daughter and my toddler (who was at this point getting really upset and tired of waiting). The man who went in for his apt came out and the lady STOPPED helping the other guys and said “let me finish him up real quick” got that guys stuff paid for and sent him on his way! This is when I got upset! I asked her if she was going to continue to ignore me and help everyone else first and that’s when she rudely answered me and said “well they were all here first so I will help you when I am finished” so I replied “I was here first I had an appointment at 10:20” which she replied “yeah, but when you were in the exam these people came in so I was helping them first”!!!!!!!! If that’s the case why did she stop doing what she was doing when the appointment AFTER me was finished with his exam and got him out quickly! The other thing that I’m very upset about is not only did I have to deal with some rude lady treating me like I’m the problem when she was fat from my professional, I didn’t even need to have an eye exam done!!!!!!!!!! ALL I WANTED WERE MY REPLACEMENT FRAMES! It was a 5 minute process And they wasted my time having me come do an exam and treating me poorly! I am so surprised by this because usually Mitch is so wonderful with us! He knows my daughter by name he always is so nice to EVERYONE who comes in, he is by far the best employee you have helping in that location! I will not be coming back unless Mitch is working! It was my first time seeing an optometrist, it was a great experience even though I now need prescription eyeglasses. Customer service was great, he was patient, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend!
