I have been with Smiles By Smoron for several years, they are amazing, always on time, professional, GREAT customer service. Today Jen, did a huge favor for me, My daughter Ava's flash disk got lost in the mail from Dr. Smoron's office to Chicago Surgical office. I was to pick up another copy from Dr. Smoron's office today to make my daughter's app which is tomorrow. When I spoke with Jen I told her I can't leave work so I might have to reschedule tomorrow's app. Jen called me back and said I will drive and drop off the disk at Dr. Spina's office so you can keep your daughter's app tomorrow. She saved my day and my daughter's app. Thank you Jen for being so kind! If I could I would give you 10 stars!!!! Dr. Smoron and his staff are always so friendly and accommodating. I actually enjoy going to have them work on my teeth! My orthotic work is completed for the most part, but I might have to stop by on occasion just to hear one of Dr. Smoron's good stories or corny jokes! My teeth look fabulous, too!

We as a family have been very disappointed by the overall lack of customer service and communication from Dr. Smoron. Initially we were highly referred to him by a local dentist, had been given a great presentation and had three of our five children go to him for braces and orthodontic work. Over the past six years, it went from constant direct communication with Dr Smoron with a personal touch to almost zero communication with him directly as everything had to go through his staff - period! Then when you tried to communicate with him you were ignored or would get emails from him with no accountability. If you are going to invest thousands of dollars in your child’s smile and would like to work with someone that you feel that is invested in your child(ren) and family, I would look elsewhere. Feel free to post to refute this claim as I have several specific examples to use. Oh wait, on a positive note. He did send us a copy of the our daughters medical files so we can go somewhere else to finish treatment. I went in for an exam to have an orthodontic consult for treatment that I didn’t think was possible. I’m a 55-year-old woman who had ortho as a teen and has had a lot of things shift since. Could be little more expensive than other places but it's worth it. Believe me I've seen alot of people with messed up teeth even after the braces from other places.

Great dentist and wonderful staffs. This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the office and staffs. It is very clean dental clinic and follows pandemic protocols.

Dr Smoron goes above and beyond for his patients. He made time to help me out on a holiday weekend after his office hours were closed, simply because I was in pain. He is very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest technology. I can't recommend him and his staff enough!

My experience with Dr Smoron and his whole team was amazing. They were always friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. At the initial consultation, I fell in love with the staff and the Dr. Everyone was professional and friendly. They are on time for all my appointments and explain every procedure to me. Everyone from the front desk staff to Dr Smoron himself has truly made my first time braces experience comfortable and seamless. They treat you like family, the office is impeccablly clean and Dr is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure he walks you through the process and isn’t hesitant to coach you throughout every step of the way. Dr. Smoron and his staff treat their patients with such care. They explain everything about the process and what they’re going to do. This was hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and most efficient orthodontist I have ever been to. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. Well done.

I had my braces done as a kid at a different orthodontist, I only wish I knew about Dr.Smoron back then! I come to him for my permanent retainer repair (I eat things I shouldn't and have broken it a couple of times) my original orthodontist wanted to fully replace it and charge me a crazy amount. Dr Smoron was able to repair it each time for a VERY REASONABLE cost. Not to mention that his office has accommodated me with an appointment the same day each time that I have called. My mom, brother and I have all been going to Dr. Smoron for 14 years. He does excellent work, his staff is really kind, and appointments are easy to get! My brother and I both had our braces done here and we were both very happy with our teeth after they came off. I just got braces again, this time on some of my top teeth only, to correct them after a biking accident. I'm excited to see how my teeth look after they come off! I had braces as a teen from Dr Smoron Sr. and it was an easy decision to make to go back to Smiles by Smoron when my daughter needed braces. Throughout her treatment, the staff kept us informed of all next steps and where things were at with her progress. Not only were they so communicative with us, but everyone we ever encountered from her consultation through all the appointments were super friendly and flexible to our needs. Dr. Smoron is amazing! The office is beautiful, and the staff is great. He knows what he’s doing and made all of my appointments enjoyable. I got my braces on and off in about 9 months, which is what I was told when I got them put on. I would recommend them to a friend.
