Family went to this place for dental work growing up. Great place with great service.

Dr. Tracy actually cleaned my teeth for a regular checkup. I can't remember the last time a dentist actually took the time to work on me personally in that capacity. It was the best cleaning I've ever received, hands down. It did not hurt one bit, he was very careful and considerate. I've been to so many places that just don't care whether or not you're in pain while they're scraping, flossing, or polishing. My gums will usually hurt for the rest of the day or a few days after. That was not the case here. I am extremely impressed with his skill and care as he takes personal interest in his clients.

There is something off here. And it’s not just that walking into the office is like stepping through a time tunnel into 1990. In addition to the pink and oak decor, their equipment is outdated. It gives me pause; are their techniques also outdated? But there is also the dr’s way of working with his staff. I had 3 or 4 appointments to get some work done. At each visit, he didn’t like the way his assistant did the X-rays and so he always re-did them himself. The assistant kept her eyes down and was withdrawn. In each of my conversations with the front desk lady, Dr Tracy would take over the conversation. Just as with his assistant, it was as though he didn’t trust her to be able to do her job. He took X-rays at each of my 3 visits within the course of 2 weeks, in spite of having done a complete set on my first visit, probably a total of more than 15 images. Love this Dentist! I broke off a chunk of a molar eating whole cherries (damn pits!) and my prior dentist said the only way it was repairable was to put on a crown, which is of course well over a thousand dollars! (I have no dental insurance) So I went Dr. Tracy and he fixed it with bonding and 4 years later, it is still intact and the tooth has caused me no problems! He saved me a ton of money and is fun and has a great sense of humor to boot! Yes the office looks like it's from the 1960's but he is worth it!!! Love this Dentist! Great office. Runs smoothly, employees are kind and talkative, services are quick and painless. Scheduling is the only difficulty - if you need to reschedule, it’s typically weeks out and they’re only open four days a week. But Dr Tracy is delightful.

Attention to detail, Family friendly, Always smiling.

they are always friendly and really care about doing the best work for you. Dr. Tracy called me the day after some work was done, just to make sure how I was feeling and if I had any questions.

We love Dr. Tracy. He's great with kids and the atmosphere is very friendly. He's also very good at explaining any procedures so you can make an informed decision.

As much as I love going to the dentist, Dr. Tracy makes it bearable! He is quick, meticulous and thorough. All with a gentle touch with little to no pain at all.

Dr. Tracy has taken care of all 4 of our kids. He and his whole staff are always the best. They put my children at ease and my kids have gotten to the point that they look forward to the next appt.

I have always loved going to Dr. Tracy's. I've been going to him since I was a child and he has always given excellent and well educated service. He keeps up on what the newest and best methods are and is very careful not to try anything that would be potentially harmful. Even when I flew in from school out of town for a quick weekend, he got me in. He found a problem spot and everyone in their office rearranged their schedule so he could take care of it while I was in town for the short while. He said "I don't want to send you back out there and the dentist you find does it wrong." He cares about all of his clients very much. All of them are very friendly. Great with kids. I am super picky and expect good customer service. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly service I received. Coming from out of state I am used to knowing the office people when at appointments and even when passing them at the store or outside the office scene. I totally experienced that here and my kids all love it. Dr. Tracy even sang as he worked on my 3 yr old. She was only crying because she was ready to get out of the chair. Dr. Scott Tracy is one of the greatest dentists I have ever worked with. He is personable, kind, and, probably most important, a good dentist. He takes care of his patients and listens to their complaints and offers solutions. I have been impressed every appointment I've had with him. Thank you!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Tracy for approximately sixteen years. My wife an I have three children, and both of us seeing him for that period of time, and an eleven year old that has not seen any other dentist. Never had a bad experience. Very professional staff. Visiting a dentist office can be a very unpleasant experience and none of us have every had anything but great experiences. Dr. Tracy always remembers who we are and what’s going on in our lives. Excellent with my children, never had one complaint about the dentist from any of them. Never does any work that is not needed. No excessive billing to our insurance, and actually works very well with our “difficult” insurance company, which takes the burden off my wife and I. Two of my children have had braces through Dr. Tracy as well and their smiles are looking really great. Couldn't imagine seeing anyone else. Going to be a sad day for our family when Dr. Tracy is no longer practicing. Always concerned about each of our health both dental and physical. Deceptive advertising. I got the impression from the secretary that they wouldn't be true to their "free exam and xray" ad. I explained in two different phone calls very clearly what I was looking for and mentioned their ad that I had received. Instead of clarifying their ad and services, they wanted the business and waited until we were sitting down in the chair to explain that their "free exam and xray" was for if you had a "problem area"...they would give a "second opinion". I called 4 other dental offices with ads with the EXACT same wording as Scott Tracy's ad and ALL 4 of those offices offered true to "free exam and xrays", FULL comprehensive dental exam (not just looking at a "problem area" as Scott Tracy explained), and a full set of xrays (not just an xray of a "problem tooth") they also offered a reasonable priced cleaning to add to it if the patient desired! If this office is trying to draw patients in with the same ad as other dental offices then they should be prepared to actually put out as other offices are! Based on this deceptive advertising, I wouldn't trust anything else they said or offered! I understand they are totally free to offer what they want for their promotions, but what bothers me is that the office secretary knew what my understanding of their ad was but did not attempt to clarify what they were offering during either one of our phone conversations about the appointment. What a waste of time giving me the run around. *update 02/20/18* I just had an appt with White Family Dental in Pleasant Grove. They had the EXACT same wording as Scott Tracy in their ad (as well as the 4 other previosly mentioned). I called White's office because I was speculative of the ad after my previous experience with Dr. Tracy. As mentioned in their ad for new patients, they indeed offered a free comprehensive exam, xrays, as well as other things like a panoramic xray and an oral cancer screening! Deceptive advertising. Great people! I have severe anxiety that kept me from the dentist for almost a decade, and as a result I had a lot of work to be done. Dr. Tracy made me feel very comfortable through all of it and now it doesn't bother me to go in. These people are honest and caring, which is huge in this industry. Another dental office wanted to root canal and crown about 5 teeth, but Dr. Tracy fixed them without doing the root canals, which saved me a fortune. Thank you so much! I have been thrilled with the quality of dentistry that I have received here. I like many people normally hate going to the dentist. However I have come to realize that this doesn't have to be the case since I moved my records to A.F. Family Dental. The staff here is very professional and Doctor Tracy does an exemplary job of explaining dentistry in ways that even I can understand. Doctor Tracy is very gentle and conscious of my comfort while working on me. It sounds like he has been doing this for many years and it shows in his dentistry. Our family has been going to Dr. Tracy for over 10 years, even when our children were small. Dr. Tracy is honest in his recommendations and very conscientious in his work, plus we rarely have to wait for our appointment. We have referred our extend family and friends to him and they love him too. We recommend him to anyone. Before Dr. Tracy, the dentist we went to would do quick and larger-than-needed fillings so we were having problems with the fillings. Dr. Tracy has been able to fix those for us. Very good dentist with a calm way of being. The office could use some updating and it would then feel more inviting.

You can't ask for a better Family Dentist for most if not all your dental needs!

We've been going here for over 10 years even though we moved further away. Once my daughter didn't even realize she had been given a shot it was so gentle. Best dentist!

Best dentist in the state. I've had about 10 different dentists in the Valley and I will not go to another dentist. Dr. Tracy always makes sure you have zero pain and that you're comfortable. The entire staff is friendly and quick. When I show up, they know my name and are very time sensitive. When I have an appointment at 9am, I actually get in at 9am. Couldn't recommend them more. Took in my five year old. The Dr. was awesome. The whole office took great care of us. The Dr even called me after hours to check on my son. Make sure he was comfortable and check on his pain level. Above and beyond great care. I will be back and recommend him to everyone.
