Dr. Scott Lee Tracy

I am writing this on behalf of my husband as he is completely beside himself. He is a 46yo man who has dealt with crippling anxiety most of his life and has finally opened himself up to the idea of therapy. His experience is as follows: First Appointment - Dr. Tracy was 20 minutes late. While my husband waited in the parking lot because of locked doors, he spoke with another client in the parking lot to learn they were both scheduled at the same time. The other client went in and it was another 10-20 minutes before my husband was asked to come in.... 30 minutes past his appointment. Second Appointment a week later- Husband sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes until he walked back to Dr. Tracy's office. Dr. Tracy was surprised to see him. He had changed his appointment to a different day and failed to let him know. He sent him home. Third Appointment next day- Husband tried to walk in but was asked to wait in his car. After 20 minutes of sitting there past his appointment time

I would have to say that Dr Tracy i the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. He is very friendly, caring, helpful, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him. 5 stars across the board!!

On the days of both appointments I had with Dr.Tracy, he was over an hour late in seeing me. The "staff"...(his kids) were very unorganized. There is no receptionist. Then the actual appointment...he quoted me Bob Seger lyrics, suggesting that I recite them to my ex in an effort to get her back. Then, receive only bill on the Feb 8th...Get a call from him a week later saying that if I don't pay the bill by the end of the month, It's going to collections! 20 days? What a joke of an operation!
