I have been going to "Medfield Smiles" and Debbie for well over 45 years. I have always come to expect high quality, professionalism and friendliness. I have never been let down. With this pandemic, all doctors and places of businesses are being extra careful as to cleanliness and preventing the spread of germs. Medfield Smiles has always done that. Every six months, I see Debbie and we catch up while she does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. The staff is great whenever I place a call. I hope they will always be there for me.

My wife and I have been clients of Dr Rayment for several years, and we have always been very happy with all of the dental services we receive from him and his staff. Today, I went in for a dental crown. This process can now be done in about 2 hours, as a result of the new technology Dr Rayment has invested in his office! Although we live in Florida we make it a point to return to Medfield Smiles each summer for an oral exam, cleanings, and any other necessary dental.procedures. I would highly recommend Medfield Smiles !

Everything went well but you have to remember that it is hard for those of us with young children and adults who don't wear masks to be in the office for that long and the process to book another appointment took way too long and at that point we just wanted to get out of there. It starts when you walk in the door, the office staff is friendly and kind and seem genuinely happy to see you. Dr. Rayment is an excellent clinician, explains exactly what will be happening. He is gentle, reassuring and very attentive to the patient's comfort. He is an excellent dentist and has an fantastic staff. My experience with the people at Medfield Smiles today was just what I have come to expect--prompt, friendly, attentive to detail and reflecting a shared concern about my well being. While I had come for a regular six month check-up and cleaning, Dr. Rayment took the time to show me exactly where and why I now need a crown. He indicated a crack in my tooth as I focused on the large screen attached to the dental chair. He explained how the procedure would be done, how long it would take and what the cost would be. I was very pleased with this transparent approach and his responses to my questions. My teeth are now sparkling and I have made the appointment for the crown procedure. I have been coming to this office for 52 years, and have never been disappointed.

I was a bit disappointed when I left the office. After my cleaning, I met with Dr. Rayment to discuss my dental issues. I felt that my questions were not being answered and that there was little regard for my feelings. Jenny did listen to me and tried to answer some of my questions. I have Bulbar ALS and it is very difficult for me as my mouth needs a cloth in it almost 24/7. i even need to shower with a cloth in my mouth I want thank my attendant for understanding how difficult it was for me and I apologize

X-Rays and exams began promptly, followed quickly by a meeting with Dr. Rayment, and a thorough, and informed discussion about my dental health. I had Crown work today. The experience was fantastic!! The office and newly renovated treatment rooms were beautiful. Dr. Rayment was awesome and the best part was he put on the music of my choice through their new sonos system. I was having work done while I listened to AC/DC, Stevie Ray Vaughn, George Thorogood...I have never been in a dental office with these amenities. The staff was professional and nice and the entire office is literally the cleanest dental office I have ever been in, by far!! I highly recommend Medfield Smiles.

For a very long time i have gone to medfield smiles for dental care. Dr Weiner was my dentist for more than thirty years. Since Dr. Rayment replaced Dr. Weiner I have only had cleaning by Debby, and she remains thorough and kind as usual. Dr. Rayment is pleasant and friendly, as are the women at the front desk. I don’t think I would trust any other dental office to care for my old teeth!

Sounds crazy but I actually look forward to my dental visits. Dr. Rayment and his team are awesome. Dr. Raymond noticed discoloration of my tooth a year ago. He has followed it and this spring suggested I get a consult on potentially needing a root canal. The entire process went smoothly. I love how the tooth looks, he matched the color perfectly to my other teeth. I appreciate that Dr. Raymond was balanced in his approach, not too quick to suggest unnecessary treatment.

My wife yielded her appointment with Dr. Rayment to me as I has a crown detach over the weekend. Although part of the tooth post had broken off Dr. Rayment was able to reattach the crown, however, he cautioned that the fix was temporary (that could last a while) and he explained options for a more permanent solution. I was very pleased to have the crown put back in place quickly and efficiently for now.

A positive experience from start to finish! It's always pleasant to have the opportunity to talk with Bea, who did my Xrays. She is always so friendly and easy to talk to. It was my first time meeting Dr. Rayment, as I am an old patient of Dr. Weiner. I found him to be very nice, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Lastly Jenni cleaned my teeth. She made sure I wasn't too uncomfortable and that I knew I could have novacaine or a gel for my gums if I needed it. She was, like everyone else, very friendly and professional. This goes for the women who were at the front desk as well. I have been a patient since 2006 and highly recommend this practice.

Even when we were set back a bit on time when the electricity went out, Dr R made quick work of getting my crown made and in place when the electricity was restored. I’m happy I didn’t need to make a separate appointment.

Obviously you have never worked with an advanced Bulbar ALS patient . I cannot use a regular toothbrush of any size. My water pic toothbrush is only about 1/8*th inch across, and I still have problems getting to my upper back teeth.. I cannot swish liquids in my mouth, I will choke!. I put a very small amount of Listerine in my mouth and must put my head down to swish between my teeth. Today was difficult for me and I do not look forward to my next visit. All of your staff are polite and kind, don't get me wrong. It's my ALS that they are not used to.
