I had breast implants from another doctor from 10 years ago, one of them (the right one) was capsuled and i really wanted to increase the size of my breasts. He found out my other one (the left implant) was disintegrated and it could have been a very bad infection with time. He took care of it all, and he even used the same scar i had from before, so i don't have two different scars. My experience with Dr. Simon was beyond amazing. I had various consults with plastic surgeons before I found Dr. Simon. I am incredibly happy that I did. From the girls in the reception, to the coordinators, everyone is so willing to help and so nice. There wasn't a second that I felt uncomfortable. Every visit, there was great patient-staff interaction. The day of surgery everything went so smoothly and even when they set up my IV it was painless and perfectly done. I had a breast augmentation and lift, and my results are perfect! I had two consults with Dr. Simon because I went to school in between, and they were willing to match the same price they had given me before and credited both of the consults I paid. I first came to Dr. Simon for a breast augmentation in 2009. After my surgery, my breasts were uneven and the implants sat at the top of my chest and my nipples faced down. At my 2nd app he admitted he didn't placed the implants correctly and that it he could fixed them with a second surgery. I only had to pay for the anesthesiologist the second time. After surgery my breast came down a bit more, but were still uneven, specially my right one, my nipple still faced down. I got pregnant with my first child a couple of months after and was never able to fix my breasts. So I have spent all these years never able to be without a bra, feeling extremely self conscious. I thought it was best to finish having kids and then fix the issue. I went to his office last week for a consultation, he blamed everything on the fact that I breastfeed my kids, even though he could see all the notes from my surgery. He was not sympathetic at all to all the trauma he put me through. I was not expecting for him to charge me nothing, I understand time has passed and I also need to change the implant. But at least admit it was your fault and give me some kind of discount. I also referred him many patients and even my mother did a tummy tuck and breast lift.
