If it was possible to review without a star I wouldn't have left this one. I called the office five or six times about a minute apart no answer so I drive down there and called again while I was getting out of the car . With phone ringing in my hand and the phone ringing in the office as I walked and both of the women that word the desk are just talking to each other while the phone rings off the hook. So mad!!

I've been a patient of his offices for over 5 yrs. and in the beginning his office staff was good at answering the phone, but, in the last few yrs. (even before covid) they are pretty awful! They NEVER answer the phone and when you get the answering machine, it's always full & you're unable to leave a msg. In the couple of times that I've been there since this problem developed, they're indifferent and uncooperative when informed of the problem. I called this week and nothing had changed. The nursing staff are more pleasant.

Tried calling to get a appointment to see the doctor and it keeps going to voicemail and the mail box is full seems like to me the receptionist should check the messages

I received a positive Covid test in December 2022. Dr Thomas’ office received my Labcorp blood results but NEVER called to alert me “because their doctors were off for Christmas.” Thankfully I had taken my health in my own hands and went to get multiple PCRs at RiteAid via Quest several times over those two weeks; and was able to track myself from positive to negative. I finally called Dr. Thomas’ office nearly three weeks later just to get my Labcorp result paperwork and the receptionist tells me office policy won’t allow me pick up my own paperwork at their office because I can’t enter the office -as in I’m not allowed to walk into their offices- now that they have confirmed Covid paperwork… and no I can’t even come in to show them my negative PCR test. Excuse me? These doctors are absolute quacks and deserve to be shut down. If you cannot handle alerting your patient of a positive Covid test then you should not be able to do any other medical procedures. I am reporting this to every agency that handles licensing of a medical office. The unprofessionalism and absolute stupidity at this office is insane. For your own sake if you are reading this, please find a different doctor.

Honestly, I would not recommend this office to anyone. The girls in the office never answer the phone and they’re rude. I’ve been calling them since January. Before that, I was on medication that needed approval monthly and I could never get in. I never consistently got my medication. Dr Reeves was nice and helpful, but they absolutely need new staff. But shame on me, I was also warned about them not answering. Even the people in the pharmacy know about this office. They know that if they need to call for an approval, they won’t be able to get in touch with anyone. Honestly, I would not recommend this office to anyone. Wish I could give a minus 5 stars. Mean, arrogant and non caring. Ended up 2 times in ER due to his incompetence. I would not go back to P A. Winston Rudder for any amount of money.

Lily is Dr. Thomas' receptionist & she disgusting, a lunatic sociopath & discriminatory. Maria, the office manager is incompetent & is currently in civil ligitation for a medical malpractice lawsuit & emotional distress. Winston Rudder, the Physician Assistant is an incompetent moron. Avoid this physician at all costs.

Dr. Thomas and his staff worked well with me each time I needed medical care in Yucca Valley. When I came in for my first visit, the office staff took care of my needs seamlessly and got me in to see the doctor quickly. Referrals and follow-ups were all handled smoothly. At a later time, when I needed a physical for work, the team in Yucca Valley went above and beyond to take care of me and resolve my job’s requirements. The medical care and advice I received always made sense and met my needs.

Treatment for more or less routine stuff is ok, but the likelihood that you will see a MD! rather than some visiting PO is low. On a scale of 1-10 he's providing 6.

Absolutely awful. Front desk woman is rude, doctor doesn't listen, and they say you'll get a call if your test results come back abnormal, but they never actually call. They see patients with similar issues at the same time, so it's pretty much impossible to get an appointment when you actually need it unless you just so happen to be lucky enough to call right before the day they're seeing people with the same issue as you, assuming they aren't completely booked that day.
