This is the worst medical office. Dr. Kostko is great but the administrative staff is terrible. I called the office several times to get a refill for my blood pressure medication, but the front desk said the doctor could only send if the pharmacy sent them a request. I called the pharmacy, they said they had already sent a request twice. I've been off medication for three days. My blood pressure is 160/104, but no one seems to care. I usually don't write reviews, but I decided to do this time.

Dr. Kostko kicked out my parents who are in their seventies from the office when they came to their scheduled appointment time for IV infusion, because his nurse didn’t show up, and he didn’t even want to speak to my mom same day to follow up after her hospitalization because she came one day early before her quarantine was suppose to end. He screamed at my mom calling her names. Another very important thing is when they do their blood tests, they must come to the office again, just to hear from him that everything came back normal. He will never do it over the phone, since he is so desperate in billing clients insurances multiple times for no reason. But when we actually get those results on hand, I would see so many abnormalities in their results. Also, there is a so called manager Eduard Fuzaylov, known as a psychologist. It doesn't even seem that he is licensed in anything. He is beyond arrogant, rude, and not educated what so ever. I don't even want to waste my time talking about the front desk staff. They are all USELESS.

Horrible Doctor i have ever seen , he should close down his office, i had always problems with that doctor .. He gives you THE SAME Diagnoses which is RIDICULOUS !!! HE SHOULD BE RETIRED ALREADY!!!

The doctor treats me ok but the problem i have is that I have a problem so I had a agency called to get a script approved by the doctor. The agency told me it was denied by his office manager that I had problems with prior. The doctor wasn't at the office the staff look and knew that I have a medical issue based on the medication the Dr. Prescribed and the manager still told them no. First the office manager is not my doctor to be making calls that he now's nothing about. I'm very disappointed with how they handled a script that I needed to be approved so that the agency could send me supplies on a monthly basis .
