Dr. Noroozi promised to send out things to get approved by my insurance and never did. Never followed up with a treatment with me. Itâs been over a month. They tell you one thing doesnât need to be done and then turn around the next day and say you need it. And Dr. Noroozi never follows up with whatâs needed. You assume one thing will be done and you call to get a status and she changes her mind without consulting you or taking into consideration what you had said you did not want done. Take in mind these are things not actually needed. She forces treatments without any justification other than âyour insurance approved it so might as well do itâ. Completely unprofessional. She also claims to have specialist working with her and when the person is questioned they tell me theyâre not specialized and only have knowledge on a certain thing. Dr. Noroozi and her staff are unprofessional to say the least.
I have been going to Naroozi since 2004. I have never been so comfortable as she made me fee. I Highly recommend Dr. Noroozi to anyone.
