Dr. Sergio Lenchig

I was seen at Dr. Lenchig‘s pain management clinic as someone new to pain management. I had not ever been to a pain management clinic for medication and or injections. The front desk person did not know anything about the sedation and I was told that I could decide to not have it and she would tell them or I could wait to speak with them in the back. I was escorted of the to the back room asked to empty my pockets loose onto the counter and pull my pants down then some women came into the room and said they had a few questions it seem to irritate the medical assistant and nurse in the room as if they were having to wait for them to finish with me with a questionnaire. I asked if the support staff could introduce themselves since I had not even met Dr. Lenchig for my consultation I was seen by his PA. I asked if I could meet my doctor before I was put under. They told me that I would be completely conscious and be able to have conversations the entire procedure. I still asked if I could see Dr. Lenchig and he came into the room and I asked him a few questions that his PA had concerning the radiologist report of my MRI. I asked him if he had reviewed that with his PA and he said he had done everything he had to do. He then exited the room. Nothing was explained to me about the big machine in the room and why they were wearing black garb. As a dental hygienist for over 40 years in this town I had never seen such unprofessionalism. I was asked to lower my pants even further when I was on the table and was told that it looked like I worked out! From then on I did not comprehend anything going on around me I don’t know if I was completely out or not. I will not be returning to this practice! I will never recommend this doctor to anyone. He is rude, arrogant, and does not really care about his patients. They're just a name and dollar sign on a medical chart. The same can be said about his nurse practitioner. They make quite a duo—and not the good kind. If you are looking for a doctor who really listens to you and cares about your pain, this is not the doctor for you. When he walks into the room, he stands at his computer typing. Now, you may think that he's actually writing what you're saying, but by my second visit I realized that he does not. He didn't even take the time to examine me during my first visit, like most doctors do, especially when dealing with a new patient. I was in a great deal of pain [10+ on their pain scale], hoping he had the right treatment to end my pain, but he didn't, and he didn't care. His favorite line after each visit was, "You have to have more patience."

Horrible man. Totally enept to connect with his patients. Extremely detached to understanding patients needs. Sorry I ever met this uncaring human being!!!

Dr. Lencheg gave me a nerve block 9 months ago for severe siatica pain. Wow. Amazing result. Pain gone after 1 attempt. I highly recommend this Doctor. What a relief. Outstanding.

great dr highly recomended

The last time I went to the pain medicine was 3 years ago. I was very pleased with Dr. Marrero, went back and I am treated by Dr. Sergio Lenchig he is very good I am very happy and the whole staff is wonderful very professional and careing. Sylvia Gamez. Very happy with the procedure he did today

Very professional and a very friendly atmosphere

Very nice practice. I found the entire staff courteous and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Lenchig.

Ive had shots for my back but they did not work Im on pain medication and I took to many pills when I asked dr for another pill for 5 days he said absolutely not what kind of dr refuses to take care of a patients pain if he can.he yelled and cursed at me and treats me as if he couldnt care less.stay away from this dr.

Coming to this Dr. for back problems, he was totally kind and very professional, he listened to me about my symptoms and concerns of having injections on my back, but after all the explanation I went and had done 2 Lumbar Tepi with an amazing relief after that. Also the staff is really nice and helpful. Highly recommended

I would highly recommend this doctor and his staff for anyone experiencing pain. He is knowledgeable and truly cares about your well-being and his staff is efficient and friendly.

Great customer service from the front desk to the medical staff. Everyone seems to be happy. I wish all the doctors and clinics work the way doctor Lenchig does. He is THE best!!!!

Saw the doctor. He listened to me about what another doctor had done. Changed a Rx and that was it. 30 day follow up I expected he would be interested in how the new drug worked but saw PA only. 30 day Rx expired as I was out of country. Arrived home with 1 pill,need 3 per day, ABSOLUTELY no one to refill my drug for 4 days. NO ONE ! I am not to stop drug suddenly. Called my internist who helped. No follow up call from Dr L's office. Unprofessional

Best Doctor Ever!

I saw Dr. Lenchig to help me treat chronic back pain. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable during our visit. He took his time with me a recommended an epidural injection. I was scheduled within a week and have received a significant amount of relief from the injection! I would highly recommend Dr. Lenchig if you are in need of a good pain management Dr.

"Dr." Lenchig is horrible.I had 2 see him pre-surgically for a major surgery.He also knew that my appointment had 2 be just before screening.HE-not the office, but HE HIMSELF-kept me waiting 4 over 1 hour while he sat in coffee room.He greeted me with a creepy "Hi sweetie", then talked down 2 me as if I didn't know what my own meds are.He attempted 2 speak badly about my Dr., which I quickly shut down.He cares only about $ & nothing else, let alone about helping a real patient in real pain.

Worst Dr ever, run before he pulls a God of doctors moment on you and screams at you. Was actually a great blessing that this happened, I now have the best Dr I've ever had in over 20 years, that horrible man!

Immature office staff that is not helpful at all. Doctor is arrogant and is the least compasssionate doctor I have ever seen. If you are looking for a competent, knowledgeable doctor to work on an area as critical as your spinal cord I would say run, not walk out of this facility as quickly as possibly and find someone who really wants to see you out of pain and not interested in only collecting a payment. I have never met such a cocky and unprofessional doctor in all of South Florida.

No stars for this Dr, and he's staff; he'sonly care for the money and have NO respect for the patients, if you want someone professional and ethic look for another!! He only sees for $$$$$ that can make with you!!!

He is by far the most knowledgeable spine doctor. Recommended by a neurosurgeon that is well known and told me he sees his family members. And the moment I met him I knew why he was so well recommended. Passionate about his job. Explained every detail of my problem and the procedure he was going to perform. Just read the negative reviews. Crazy. Probably drug seekers that I saw with my own eyes he refuses to prescribe and get angry. No other explanation. Thank you Dr. Lenchig. Gain my life back.

Staff is horrible. Too much attitude with a lack of compassion and genuine care and concern. The worst I have ever experienced. They epitomize what is wrong with so many Dr's offices. Worst customer service ever.

Horrid office staff. Completely rude - they hide behind their closed frosted glass window and laugh and laugh while you wait and wait. People are there because they are in pain - they don't want to here giggling little girls while they sit in uncomfortable chairs and wait well past their appointment time. Then, you get about 90 seconds with the doctor. Not worth your time!

Lenchig doesn't deserve stars! My Dad's spine Dr sent us for a cervical epidural for pain relief until his surgery.He did not do the epidural and said "he had other patients" and was too busy.Instead he gave us a sales pitch on a device that he could install permanently for pain management.We went for an epidural NOT another option.After a shake down by Lenchig we left the office with the first available appt for the epidural a month later! How is that going to help my Dad? ZERO STARS!

He came highly recommended from another pain dr. Found him to be very concerned about my pain & situation. Very comforting during X-ray guided injections. Answers his own emails w any questions & concerns I have had.

Doesnt deserve a star he rufused me treatment and meds because my. Insurances was slow.I am on diabilty.Marcos Szienfeld made a mistake letting him practice.Ive never ever had a payment issue ever and it changed my life i found a Dr who cares.Most of my visits were with Dr Marcos but he said his patient load was to much i dont blame him This Dr cared more about his cash then me Im getting the help i now need..I could say very bad words but this is fine.Go to another practice.

Highly recommend Dr. Lenchig. He is an excellent pain doctor who truly cares about his patients.
