Awesome Dr.! Respects time! Fast, yet thorough service!

I went to see him to see about my lower back. But before even taking xrays, he pressed on my lower back and literally made me scream in pain and made me cry. Then after that he took the xrays, only to tell me that he would need to take the weekend to review my xrays, so I would need to come back on Monday. All that means is he wants to charge me for another visit. I tried to get my xray report and I was told by his office that he would need to review my file and they would be ready on the following Friday. I thought he reviewed them over the weekend. In speaking with other people, all of them stated he should have taken the xrays first and then checked my lower back. Not a good experience at all. My back was made to hurt worse after leaving his office. I would give him no stars if I had the option.

My husband twisted his knee and was having great difficulty walking. We visited Dr. Ortiz as a walk-in and had minimal wait time. The office staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Ortiz performed a treatment and provided recommendations to prevent further damage and more comfort in the future. The pain was greatly relieved and walking much improved. I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz to anyone in need of treatment for pain or injury.

I have a degenerated back disease. Prior to visiting Dr. Ortiz I had been doing physical therapy and cortisone shots. He is the first doctor to take the time to review my x-rays with me, give clear recomendations of what I should do and not do during my daily activities. He is very kind, listens and cares. Very professional. After a few visits I am already feeling a significant amount of improvement. I strongly recommend a visit if you have a similar condition.

Wonderful! He's not only professional and nice. He's also handsome ??. He listens intently to your issues and answers your questions thoroughly. I have fibromyalgia. I went 4 days in a raw and I got rid of the always present neck pain. 3 months ago I ended in the urgent care clinic. They told me I have vertigo. Then I called Dr. Sergio Ortiz. He asked me several questions. Then he ordered some meds. I rec'd them on a Friday. I took the 1st dose and next day I felt about 80% my self.
