The doctor had his hand on the door handle from the start of the visit. Seemed in a hurry to leave before even addressing me as a patient. I have never written a review on a doctor before but this time it is necessary. He never took the time to educate or to listen. If he would of checked my recent medical records (within the last 6 months) he could have seen a chronic kidney stone problem, instead he chalked it up to back issues and I should see my pcp or go to ER. Doctor Glick is hands down the worst doctor I’ve seen in my entire life. The doctor had his hand on the door handle from the start of the visit. Poor bedside manner. Best terms to describe are Arrogant,Uncaring, and Narcissistic. Does not listen to the patient. I was seeing a PA in the same practice that was excellent. Unfortunately when I needed kidney stone surgery I ended up with Dr. Glick. I should have known when he was dismissive of my questions post surgery that this doctor was going to be difficult. He displayed his uncaring, arrogant, and dismissive attitude at the follow up visits. I have since fired Dr. Glick. His nurse "DJ", on the other hand is fantastic, I would give her 5 stars. When I showed up for a 6 month follow-up from my surgery, he waked in the exam room and said " I don't know why you are here". I advised him that this was a follow-up appt. that he and his office set after my surgery. He then went on to tell me that there was nothing he could tell me and that the appt must have been pushed back because of Covid. The appt was the regular 6 month post surgery appt. he and his office set up which I confirmed with his nurse. I inquired as to why he had prescribed a lower dose of medicine than the PA had me on previously and he could not explain. We discussed the medicine and I explained that I had done better with the higher dose. We also discussed some other medicines. He agreed that the higher dose would be fine and he called in a new prescription. When I picked up the new prescription the pharmacy told me that they filled what was ordered. I called Dr. Glick's office and they told me there was no mistake, the records indicated that I was doing fine on the lower dose and that the lower dose was called in. I spoke with DJ and she reviewed with Dr. Glick and they sent in a new prescription for the higher dose. In the end, I paid for my visit to the office, which per Dr. Glick was unnecessary, and I paid for the wrong lower dose medicine. I did not fill the higher dose as I could not afford a second prescription payment after the first wrong dose and the unnecessary doctor visit. I paid good honest hard earned money out of my pocket and because Dr. Glick did not listen to me, did not care about me, did not properly document our conversation, and failed to do what he said he would do, I am stuck with the bills and the wrong medication. Despite multiple calls to resolve, the only thing Dr. Glick did to resolve was send the correct prescription to the pharmacy, he would not even apologize for my expense or inconvenience. I wonder what it feels like to not care and not have a conscience? Poor bedside manner. Best terms to describe are Arrogant,Uncaring, and Narcissistic. Does not listen to the patient. I have been using dr.glick for 4 months now. I am so very pleased with his staff and himself. I have had 2 surgical procedures done and a few over night hospital stays, nothing to complain about. I do not have insurance and his office is very affordable and understanding. He went above and beyond out of his way with my first surgery even to as calling my mother to inform her of what was going on and the procedure he was about to do on me since I was unable because of unbearable pain. I highly recommend him! I have been using dr.glick for 4 months now. I am so very pleased with his staff and himself. Dr. Glickman has performed several kidney stone operations on me over the years. He is an excellent doctor and surgeon. On July 30th, 2021 he will be leaving his practice. Dr. You will be missed. I very much appreciate you for the great care you have provided me. I sincerely hope you enjoy your retirement. God Bless you.

I've been dealing with Dr Glick over the past years for kidney and bladder cancer. You ask the questions he gives you the right answers. What more could you ask for!
I haven't been in this area very long and had to obtain a whole new set of Doctors. Dr. Glick is by far one of the best. He instilled confidence in his professionalism and caring manner. I recommend him highly.

I like the doctor, except we were scheduled to see someone who apparently doesn't work here... really they should be better about keeping appointments.
Very professional and knowledgeable. He was considerate of how I was feeling during all three procedures.
I just saw Dr. Seth H. Glick and I was amazed and impressed on a few things. One is how professional the office and staff represented "Wow", compared to some office I've been in. Dr. Glick was so professional, understanding and most importaint how well he listens to your concerns. Thumbs up folks.
Saw him and was concerned so went to another doctor 7 days later. Had very bad UTI was told bacteria not common starts in lower intestines but can cause UTI, had it least 3-4 weeks. Had to have Ultra sound then CT.
Omg. This office it the worst. I had procedure to remove kidney stone. I called the day before procedure and they knew nothing. Then was told waiting on insurance. My insurance doesn't need authorization but I called anyways. They had nothing. Called office again and me and nurse went around with not so nice words. Procedure was put off for another month. Now in hospital passing a 10mm stone. Stone is now stuck half way to bladder.worst Dr office I have been too. Stay away. Kidney is twice as big as other one. Could have lost my kidney because someone at this office didn't do their job. Omg. This office it the worst. I had procedure to remove kidney stone. I'm not one to write many reviews but I wish I had found a review on him before I went. I'm very disappointed in Dr. Gick. He may be an excellent doctor however I felt like I completely wasted my time going to him. He seemed uninterested. Maybe he was having a bad day I'm not sure, but I have to miss work to go to the doctors how about treating my time as important as his time seemed to be to him. Long story short i went because I have passed about 5 painful kidney stones in the past 6 years. I wanted to find out ways to prevent it. On my last scan they found stones on the right side but I had the majority of the pain on the left. It's reoccuring pain and who wants to be in pain and not know why? I brought documents from my primary doctor. His very brief, uninterested break down on my situation was basically "I don't know why you're having pain on your left side." And "Drink more water, don't eat the foods on this list." After that he gave me an option to give a urine and blood sample to another lab and come back in a month to see what type of stones and why I'm producing them. No interest in the reoccuring pain on my left. Honestly the option was introduced probably after he saw the disappointment in my face. I took the option to do the urine and blood feeling almost shamed for wasting his time. Honestly I felt the "I don't give a S " coming from him the entire 2 minutes he spoke to me. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Hopefully this helps others when choosing a urologist or maybe he reads this and realizes that there is a reason people go to a specialist and he treats his next patient with a better attitude and a little more understanding. After having multiple stones I felt it was time to see a specialist. Now I'll deal with it and if it gets worse I'll find someone else. After fighting kidney stones for weeks and having numerous ER visits, I was finally admitted to the hospital and the house urologist for the day removed the kidney stones. A few days later I was admitted to the hospital again due to complications and then saw a different urologist. This is where I met Dr. Glick. He put a stint in that relieved the pain and it stayed for about 10 days before he removed it. This doctor knows his stuff, he has an incredible background and he is a no-nonsense professional. I was a mess and he assured me that I'd be up and chasing my toddler before I knew it! If you need the best, look no further! calling this office is the most painful experience you will ever have. 25 to 30 mins on hold???? Maybe Dr. Glick could afford to hire another receptionist.

Dr. Glick performed ureter reimplantation surgery for me 3 years ago. He is an exceptional surgeon and I'm thankful that God led him me during a critical time.
