About Dr. Seth Allen Reiner
Reviews for Dr. Seth Allen Reiner
Best doctor I've ever had - highly recommend. Straight forward, very helpful, and the surgery went very well. Great team on staff and bedside manner. Would recommend everyone to go here for their Ear, Nose and Throat needs!
Dr. Reiner operated on the wrong side of my face. After the surgery my symptoms continued to get worse for months and the office didn't believe me until they repeated the CT scan. They said it was because the imaging office mislabeled the images but I went to other ENT's after this happened and they said he should have been able to tell that they were mislabeled because I have a deviated septum. The experience was traumatizing and I lost feeling in my tooth because of having the issue go on for so long. I got a repeat surgery later last year to remove the mass on the correct side and also to do revisions to the side Dr. Reiner accidentally operated on. That side was covered in scar tissue

Dr. Reiner really has the magic touch in surgery. He has performed two cancer surgeries on me and I had little to no pain or any complications afterwards. Really a super guy and highly knowledgeable.
My son had a tonsillectomy and Dr. Reiner was very attentive to him and his worries. Eased his mind and answered every question before his surgery. This Doctor has an amazing beside manner and has a great office staff! Thank you Dr. Reiner and staff!
Dr. was late (though very nice); therefore, my visit was cut short/rushed. Staff was friendly AT THE OFFICE. However, tried to call office 3 times after visit because I had one question. Kept getting voicemail. Left message for them to call me back--they never did. Finally got through and the receptionist, Jodi, was very abrupt, cutting me off when I tried to tell her I had ALREADY left a message. Instead, before hearing that, she transferred me back to the SAME place to leave ANOTHER voicemail. I called back AGAIN, after no one answered AGAIN. She asked if she could put me on hold and before I could respond--she did. Finally spoke to a supervisor there (at MY request), who was very nice, took the reins, but had to go back and ask the nurse (for whom I had ALREADY left a message days earlier) my question. It was through Patsy that I FINALLY got the answer to my simple question. Thank you, Patsy!
Dr. Reiner did a great job of removing a malignant growth from the underside of my tongue. I had little bleeding or pain and healed quickly. He was kind, understanding and listened to my concerns. Dr. Reiner and staff are very caring and provided me with wonderful care.
Great bedside manner. Thanks Seth!
Where should I begin? I made an appointment here for my son, who is 4 years old and has Autism. When we met with Dr. Reiner he was patient with my son and showed no annoyance or shortness with him. We set up an appointment with him to have surgery to remove his adenoids. A few days later, I received a call from Brianna, the woman who schedules the surgery, and we got him all set up for surgery. There was a snafu with our insurance in which the doctor is covered, but the surgery center is NOT. So, we had to find a new ENT and get it rescheduled. Brianna referred us to a different ENT, and Dr. Reiner called the new ENT and let them know the situation with my son. Brianna was very apologetic in regards to Dr. Reiner not being able to perform the surgery. I understand. The entire office was professional, they were helpful and went above and beyond what a "normal" doctors office would. I would highly recommend Dr. Reiner!!! Where should I begin? I'm very disappointed in this office. My son is an established patient for recurring throat infections and we were told that they can't fit him into their schedule for two weeks. He has a very sore throat and high fever. I'm disappointed that they wouldn't help an established patient in his time of need, leaving him to just suffer.

Dr Reiner is attentive, smart and easy to communicate with.
The initial visit with Dr. Reiner went well. He recommended nasal surgery which I agreed to. I have high deductible insurance meaning I was going to pay for most, if not all, of the bill. His office could offer only a vague estimate of the cost, and nothing in writing. This is a common procedure that this office performs many times per year and he's been in the business for decades, so they should be able to provide an estimate. They told me to contact the surgery center for pricing and I was stonewalled there as well. I did a little research and found that Dr. Reiner is part owner in the surgery center. Given that he's the doctor, and he has ownership in the surgery center, he should be able to provide a price. I contacted the CFO of the surgery center, which I guess made them nervous, so they cancelled my surgery that had already been scheduled. I can't tell you how frustrated and abandoned-feeling this made me. In today's world with high deductible insurance (or no insurance), medical practices need to be prepared to talk about $price. I'm very upset with this office. After the debacle with Dr. Reiner's office, I found another doc, Dr. Tim Pingree, at Integrated ENT across from Skyridge, who provided a cash price right up front and did a fantastic surgery for me. I'm 9 months out from that surgery and feel great. The initial visit with Dr. Reiner went well. He recommended nasal surgery which I agreed to. This man save my life. No seriously saved my life.
Great doctor and office staff! Dr. Reiner repaired my deviated septum helping me to breath again through my nose. Now he is treating me for chronic sinus infections. Can't recommend his office enough!
I’ve spent my entire childhood suffering from easily triggered or sometimes even completely random nose bleeds and not being able to breathe well through my nose as long as I can remember. I had Dr. Reiner perform the surgery to fix my deviated septum and just like he promised the day he took the stints out a week afterwards I immediately felt 100000x better than ever before with the clarity of my breathing. Having this surgery done was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. 10/10 would recommend using Dr. Reiner I’ve spent my entire childhood suffering from easily triggered or sometimes even completely random nose bleeds and not being able to breathe well through my nose as long as I can remember. Dr. Reiner is such an amazing doctor. He treated my dad for vocal cord nodules and I went to him for a tonsilectomy. Wonderful bedside manner and all-around good doctor. The nurses at the surgery center even said that they prefer to care for his patients because he is so gentle during surgery that they have less incidents of post-op issues. Dr. Seth Reiner and his staff are extremely caring and knowledgeable. They make the effort to be there for you and make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. He listens to whatever issues you may be experiencing and will work to find the best solution for you. I have had two procedures over the last 5 years with him and his team and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. If you need an ENT, this is your guy!
I have had issues with my nose for 5 years, and have seen Dr. Reiner after 8 other visits, to ENT doctors, allergists and others. One little procedure and I have been breathing normal for past 4 month. I am excited to come back and see Dr Reiner again to finish treatment of my condition.
Hang onto your wallet. $250 - $300 procedure turned out to be over over $900 + anesthesia and surgery site brought it to well over $3,000.
Took great care of our children during their tonsillectomy and post care.
I ‘m a physician myself and I have placed my body twice in the very capable hands of Dr. Reiner so I can tell you from my personal experience – if you need an excellent ENT care in Denver and practically in the entire State of Colorado – go to see him. You will not regret. There isn’t enough space here to share what had happened so you just have to believe me that he is the best ENT specialist in the city!
I can't say enough great things about Dr. Reiner! My 5 yr old son has had 3 surgeries with Dr. Reiner with amazing success! He and his staff are knowledgeable, patient and always gave us the best care! We wouldn't go to another ENT!
I went in to see Seth to see if anything could be done about my snoring. In the process of my diagnoses he determined that he actually needs to help my breathing. Long story short, I began receiving big benefits by the next day. I felt so good by the next day I needed to be careful not to do too much as not to accidentally do something stupid. I am now able to breathe better than I can remember. Thanks Seth for treating me like I was your only patient!
Dr. Reiner was amazing! He immediately diagnosed the issue I had been dealing with for years and laid out a treatment plan for me during my first visit. My persistent nasal congestion and sinus pressure are gone and I'm breathing better than I can remember ever being able to.
I suffered with breathing problems and saw many doctors over a year and a half without a proper diagnosis. After one visit with Dr. Reiner there was a plan to find the issue and shortly there after a diagnosis. Dr. Reiner was encouraging, caring and honest through the process. Dr. Reiner performed my surgery and was supportive through recovery and to this day my follow up appointments.
I immediately felt comfortable with Dr Reiner, he’s so friendly and immediately told me he could help me with my severe, lifelong nosebleeds. Due to my schedule he got me into surgery the very next day and gave me outstanding care. I’ve referred three family and friends already to him because I believe he is one of the best. He has impeccable bedside manner, a positive attitude, and he listens to what you’re saying. I’ve found doctors to be dismissive in the past but he genuinely cares.
Dr. Reiner is very caring and laid back. He makes you feel very at ease and confident about the surgery. He was informative and efficient. He even did my surgery and follow up early! It was a great experience.
14 years ago I was diagnosed with laryngeal cancer & 14 years later I am still here to write this review. I was extremely fortunate to have Dr. Reiner as my ENT. His care, concern & compassion for his patients knows no bounds. He was always encouraging & made me feel confident that I was going to win my battle with cancer. Now, with a clean bill of health, I continue to see him for annual follow-ups. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT specialist. Thank you Dr. Reiner!
Provided a very simple and commonsense preventative care routine to treat my chronic tonsillitis, with great results so far.
Amazing experience with this office. Everyone in this office is wonderful and caring. My surgery was the easiest and my recovery fast.
Dr Reiner spent a lot of time with me and my family. He explained everything in simple terms. Great beside manner. He and the staff answered all of our questions.
Extreamly disappointed in Dr Reiner and the staff! My daughter had a fact finding surgery and after 3 weeks of me calling they lost the report. And have no results! They have not followed up what so ever! Do not trust or recommend DR Reiner at all
Dr. Reiner was unwilling to take out my son's tonsils and adenoids out even though another doctor recommended it which was fine. But he would not even call to tell us that he would not do that. He made the doctor's call me. I did not appreciate that and I feel that is poor service! He might be a good surgeon but his communication skills and the staffs communication skills are poor!

I've been to Seth with some bizarre stuff and he has always honed in on the cause. Great manner and a good guy all around!
Dr Reiner and staff were very professional and proficient. My 17 month old son has had 7 ear infections in his short life. Dr Reiner did a surgery for me 17 years ago and I took a chance to see if he took little people on as patients. Thank god he does! He had us seen and scheduled for surgery within 6 days. It was and quick and routine procudure for him but this is my baby. He treated all of us with respect and took care of my son who is recovering great. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Reiner was the third doctor we scheduled a pre-op with. While the other two might have been fine surgeons, they took one look at my son's throat, said "Yep, the tonsils need to come out. Call the office for an appointment and walked out." Spent about 5 minutes with us. Dr. Reiner came in, greeted both of us and did the exam. He followed with questions about quality of sleep, frequency of illness, etc. and recommended surgery. He even called to check on him after surgery. A+++

Awesome Experience! By far one of my favorite doctors.
Dr. Reiner is an excellent ENT doctor. I have been going to him for years as well as everyone in my family. He is very knowledgeable about the latest and greatest methods, medicine and his bed side manner is impeccable. I would recommend him to anyone. It is always a pleasure to see him when I have an appointment. Once we had an emergency with our son on a Sunday and he dropped everything and was at the hospital to ensure our son was taken care of. He gave us such comfort that day.

excellent, professional care
Dr. Reiner has been our doctor for many years. He has taken care of both my husband and I and our two kids. He has operated on both our kids and I would not trust any other doctor like I trust Dr. Reiner. He is always available to us and treats us like family.
Dr Reiner handled my two sinus surgeries with great compassion as I had never had surgery before. His staff is always helpful and Dr. Reiner takes the time to thoroughly discuss your medical condition and what your options might be no matter how busy his office might be. He cares about his patients and it shows!
I went to see Dr. Seth Reiner for my sinus issues and I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. This was my first time there and I will make another appointment to see him. His staff was very pleasant and thoughtful. They offered me coffee while I waited. I was very impressed with my overall visit. His office is very clean and I enjoyed looking at the artwork in his waiting room. I will be recommending Dr. Reiner to other family members or friends. .

Dr. Reiner is a great surgeon. The procedure he performed on me was done flawlessly with almost no pain during recovery. His bedside manner was awesome and he really took his time with my wife and I explaining everything. I can't say enough great things!
We were referred to Dr. Reiner for multiple family members. He took time with all of us and treated us like he'd known us for a long time. Very professional with great bedside manner. The office and staff made our visit very comfortable. Have recommended Dr. Reiner to our friends
I hate it when a good person has rude employees. My daughter had nasal surgery done a few months abut forgot my insurance information at home - the receptionist told me the doctor could not see me because I did not have that information, even though they have all of our insurance information on file because of my daughter. The receptionist could have easily looked up my info but chose to turn me away instead of helping. I will not spend my hard earned money here.
Dr Reiner made me feel comfortable and not scared. He explained everything he was going to do and made my surgical experience a great one. I would recommend Dr Reiner to all my family and friends! Thank you Dr Reiner for everything you did!!!
Dr Reiner is the best! Helpful, understanding, and spends time with each patient, making us feel top priority!
Dr. Reiner took a proactive approach with my health problem and concerns. I asked numerous questions and got thorough answers on all. I trusted him with my health and would do it again.
The office staff was great and cordial. Loved the office decor. Dr. Reiner took care of our ENT problems and explained everything to us. A+
Dr Reiner didn't make us feel rushed.Treated us like we were a member of his family. Explained all options and really cared.
I have had a hard time sleeping for over a year. My GP recommended I see Dr. Reiner. He listened to my symptoms, looked into my nose and quickly diagnosed the problem. Surgery was scheduled for the following week - reduction of inferior nasal turbinates. Surgery was quick and painless. After only one week, I can breathe better and am able to sleep. Dr. Reiner is very attentive and professional. Would highly recommend him.
Dr Reiner has helped me with a variety of issues from ear canal to nasal and deviated septum surgery. He has been consistently professional, communicative and good bedside manner. He performed the surgery and I did not have any problems and healed well. Dr. Reiner is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him.
Terrible. I've never been in where I haven't waited at least an hour with him. He spends 2 min with you and is gone. One time, when we needed a biopsy, he stated that insurance would cover the cost. He failed to mention that it wasn't under the co-pay umbrella and subjected to the deductible. I will never return to this office.
