If you need a five star cardiologist, look no further than Dr Shamin Khan. He is young, smart, compassionate, friendly, actually listens to you, and best of all a very competent surgeon. He is a big reason why I am still alive. Lastly, I never have to wait more than ten minutes to see him for an office visit. I consider myself lucky to have Dr Khan as my cardiologist. What more can I say

Dr Kahn has hands of gold. He is a very qualified and talented surgeon and on top of that he's personable. You're in good hands.

dr. khan is very professorial and has a great deal of knowledge as well as being very experienced. he saved my life by doing a very complicated stent placement procedure at stony brook hospital.

I have been a patient of Dr Kahn for about 5 years. During a procedure he noted I had 3 blocked arteries going to my heart. I was then operated on by Dr. Harold Fernandez who at that time was at Stony Brook Hospital. The operation was successful, but, 3 mos later i began to have issues again. I went to St Catharines, where another procedure was performed and it was found 2 of my new arteries did not hold up. I was then given some stents, and since then I have been doing well. It was also noted that I had some blood in my pericardium, and Dr. Kahn went into the pericardium with a needle and relieved the blood in that area. Since then I have been doing well and I have had stress tests which showed my heart is working fine. I thank Dr. Kahn for his excellent care and his continued support in maintaining great heart health. Dr. Kahn is a winner!! I have been a patient of Dr Kahn for about 5 years. Dr Kahn really cares about his patients. He is down to earth, answers questions, is open to suggestions, and treats you as he would want to be treated. He operated on me. I never appoint wait more than 5 minutes. I feel very blessed to call him my cardiologist.

Dr Khan is the best. Excellent doctor in every way I can think know of.
