Dr. C has been our cardiologist for many years. We have friends as well who have had family members That were his patients. He is a wonderful doctor and has always taken excellent care of my husband and other relatives. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs a qualified cardiologist. Not only is he an excellent doctor but is very compassionate and has a great bedside manor. His office staff is top notch. As for a rating we give home 5 stars plus. Our son, had an appt. with this so-called doctor ! He told our son, that "we all have to die sometime". VERY SARCASTIC AND UNCARING.

Best experience at a doctors office I've EVER had! The staff was so friendly and caring! (Dr.C, not so much,...but he's professional and great at what he does). I was even running a few minutes late and they didn't get aggravated or make me wait. They had me registered and ready to go! I went here for help with chest pain. I was able to get an appointment quick. But I left with a $1200 bill to be told I’m fine and it might be heart burn or stress.

I think he knows what he's doing. I like him also as a person. His staff are also nicell and friendly.

Dr "C" as he is affectionately known- is one of the best physicians of any kind I've ever been to. He is friendly, thorough, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He put my fears of a cardiac catheterization to rest. The procedure was painless and his demeanor is so reasuring while he's performing it. He actually calls you back personally if you call the office. I wish all doctors were like him!

Do not recommend. Went in after coming from an ER visit with back and chest pains, dizziness and shortness of breath. Was told this, you are fat need to lose weight and get your head on straight. It’s all mental. Was told heart couldn’t have changed after 9 months of stress, smoking and gaining 18 pounds of water weight in one week. Ordered no new testing other than stress test to see if I could tolerate exercise. Told me it was all mind Over matter get my head straight and come back in a year. I couldn’t get a word in edge wise. I have PCOS which makes losing weight difficult, and severe fibromyalgia that makes normal exercise out of the question. Wasn’t concerned with a 18 pound weight gain In a week. And didn’t look up from computer. Zero compassion. Told me to lower my stress when I’m going through some of the most stressful times of my life ever. Had no suggestions on how to lower stress. Didn’t want to hear any I had to say. I know I’m over weight and I have some control over it. I didn’t need to be told I’m fat and that I needed my head on right. Thanks for the most uncompassionate doctor visit I’ve ever experienced. I have had more than 30 years of doctor/patient relationship with Dr. Chandiramani. He treated my mother for at least 10 years and could not have been kinder or more compassionate. If you ask any nurse or RN at Audubon or Baptist Hospitals they too will tell you he is one of their favorite doctors to work with because they find him courteous and respectful. When I started having issues with my heart, there was no question that I would choose Dr. C. As others have stated, I too was a smoker......I knew I should quit, who doesn't know that? But I would go to the hospital,,,,,smoke,,,,go home.... smoke......go for my check up,,,,,,,,wait waaaay past my scheduled appointment....go to my car and you guessed it,,,,,smoke. UNTIL one day I realized I was asking waaaay more of him than I was willing to do for myself. I tried to quit for three years.....each time he would say, " I don't want to hear about it until you've been smoke free for 1 year." Well it will be 2 years February 2018, and I can't wait to tell him that I'm still a part of HIS health care plan for me,,,,,I'm now part of his Heart Specialists Team, I'd like to say this about the "Wait Times", He's your HEART doctor people! Buses run on time, movies run on time, Starbucks opens on time. I hope I'm the one in his waiting room when you make a unexpected trip to the ER, or your surgery doesn't end on schedule......I hope I'm the one not out there bashing my heart doctor because he moved YOU to the front of the line. Think about this. I'll bet your best friend at the Home Depot has the time to be on your preferred schedule......you wouldn't have anything to complain about then.....EXCEPT....he wouldn't know where to begin to save your life. So stop with the bashing of any professional you choose to make an appointment with.....and btw I'll bet your hairdresser/barber runs late sometimes, and they aren't saving lives. And when I gained a lot of weight trying to quit smoking (my fault, not his), I asked him to "suggest" something over the counter, that wouldn't effect my heart medication AND would be affordable.......he quickly picked up his Rx pad and began to write a prescription that met all my requests......he handed it to me and it said.....DUCK TAPE.......he's old school.....not a pill pusher......We both laughed out loud! My husband would not be here if was not for this Dr I have see. Lots of heart dr none like him he cares so much about his patients I no this fir sure I have him to would not have any heart dr but DR.C. He a great dr he cares so much my husband had the best of care thank you Dr chandiramani

We have been with Dr. Chandiramani since my husband's first heart attack and open heart surgery in 1994. He is an amazing Doctor along with having compassion for his patients. He has become part of our family.

The wait is too long appointment at 340 and still in waiting room at 5pm. Not good service. I understand being busy but they were not that busy.

Dr. Chandiramani is absolutely wonderful. He is very professional, but also very caring. He has a very pleasant demeanor. I trust him with my heart, need I say more? Thank you, Dr. Chandiramani.

ALWAYS LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS. Probably workflow issue but you never get called in at the time of your appointment. Even at 9:15!

Had appointment with Dr. Chandiramani yesterday (1/25/16) at 2:00 pm. The waiting room was packed. After waiting for 2 1/2 hrs, the receptionist gave me some paperwork to fill out, they had a new system in placed. Why did she not give them to me when I arrived?? I was very upset at this point & left without seeing the doctor. It took over an hour to see the rep from St. Jude to check my pacemaker & defibrillator, she said it was because of the new system. Unhappy with this visit.

Had a 5 way bypass that failed. Stinted my bypass 3 months later and I have been around another 6 more years because of Doctor C.
