Visit to have permanent crown put in. Dentist notice on x-ray new crown was not seated evenly on gym. Luckily the lab is right across from Dentist's office and not in another state. The assistant went to lab, had tech return to look at crown with Dentist. Lab tech was able to build up side of crown that was not sitting on gum. Yeah!! All done in a short time. I have been afraid of dentist since I was a child. As an adult you learn to deal but it was still a source of anxiety. So I haven’t been to the dentist in years. But the women here are so nice and sweet. They made sure I was completely comfortable. My procedure was less than an hour and I was on my way. If this was my worst of the work to be done. I have to say that i have always been completely terrified of going to the dentist but Dr. Britt and her staff made me feel very comfortable and walked me through every procedure. She is very compassionate, caring to her patients and their situation. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to her. You will NOT be disappointed!!

This was my first visit and I was so impressed at the cleanliness of the office. The pens were cleaned before my use and even my card before handing it back. The staff was very courteous, kind and professional. I’m so glad I was referred.

Dr Britt office and staff are fantastic appointments are kept on time. They make the visit about you and what u need and they are very knowledgeable. The hygienist takes her time and does an awesome job cleaning. I would give an extra star if I could. This dental office i would recommend to anyone

Super friendly and caring!

The staff is extremely nice but on the billing end my son had to go to a specialist (referral from this office) to get his wisdom teeth removed. After the removal the way the “stitches were, the skin flap” caused dry socket. I paid several hundred dollars for this and being the referring doctor I took him in here to see if they could help since the doctor they referred is all over the place (not a set location and my son was in pain) Dr. Britt fixed him up in less than 5 minutes not once stating there was any charge (usually it’s all covered under the initial surgery) I even asked, “do I owe anything” and was told “nope you're good”. I then went in for myself and other son and I dropped another several hundred dollars (which I agree with for the services done) I was told I was PAID IN FULL then a couple months later I get a $98 bill for the “dry socket” and something else they “forgot to run through insurance”. Needless to say I paid another $154.80 but am NOT happy with the way this was handled for their lack of explanation. I don’t care how “nice” someone is, money is always a bottom line, if they had told me where the original doctor was at on that day OR told me I was going to be charged $100 with them I could have made the choice to either pay it or drive to the “already paid in full” doc. Dr Britt is the dentist I have had the most confidence in and have been the most comfortable around my entire life. She and her staff have done everything in their power to make me feel relaxed no matter what the procedure. I would (and do) recommend her as my top choice for dental care.

I started getting work done here since early this year I was recommended by a mutual friend so I assumed my end results would be great! It is now 8 months down the road after having surgeries, teeth pulled and implants placed. When it came time for the crowns to go on top of the implants there were just so many issues. I had two of them, first one wasnt placed evenly with my other teeth which was one you could see when I smile, I was very uncomfortable with it even my 9 year old said something but she gave me some excuse why it was supposed to be that way, then I noticed there was a discoloured screw you could see underneath when I open my mouth (She gave it a lighter shade once I mentioned this, but not giving your client full disclosure.. that's not right) now the second one is even worse it is sitting above my gums you can see under the tooth where there should be no gap, but there is! I brought this to her attention and she just shrugged me off and looked annoyed at the fact that I was concerned about the food and bacteria that could get caught in there no matter how much cleaning or brushing you do and tried telling me this was normal, I told her it just didnt seem right to me and she just ignored my concerns and walked away, honestly I was very disappointed and shocked at the unprofessionalism given, on top of all that before I went in to get the crowns seated I was told everything was paid in full and there would be no further charges only to get surprised with another $5000 bill the day I was scheduled to have them seated, but I held onto the hope that it was going to be well worth it and continued on, so you can understand my frustration when I'm ignored for voicing my concerns, and it's sad because the women who work in the office are so sweet and honestly gave me more comfort and information concerning my issues than Dr. Britt did on multiple occasions. I gave Dr. Britt the benefit of the doubt because she was a friend of a friend but please do not make the same mistake, I spent thousands at her office and still recieved unsatisfactory results, since I left I've already recieved a 2nd opinion saying she did not seat my crown correctly, DO NOT waste your money here you will regret it! I was very hesitant to do to the dentist, as I've had not so great experiences in the past. First thing you walk into are the smiling receptionist, she was warm and friendly and was so so helpful! Most doctors offices seem to give off the vibe that the staff is too busy to help or you're just interrupting their work, which I know they have lots to do, but the staff here is INCREDIBLE! This is where I learned why I love Dr. Britt’s office and would end up driving an hour or more to see them. I've been a patient of this dental practice since 1992! 27 years I have returned to this practice twice a year for check-ups, cleaning and have had two crowns applied along with some cavity fillings. I wouldn't go anyplace else! Very nice facility and always spotlessly clean. Dr Britt provides open, honest and friendly service and holds her staff to the same patient standards.

Shanna Britt and her staff are wonderful. I had 2 crowns placed in 12/17, and Shanna's work was gentle and painless as any I've had (she made certain I was numb every time work was done). I am anxious about dental work from childhood experiences elsewhere, but Shanna and her assistant took every measure to make me comfortable, and also made me laugh (open mouthed) to the point of forgetting where I was. I had no dental insurance, and the office staff was comforting, patient, and worked with me. I also had tight timelines, and once again Shanna made it work. Months later when I requested x-rays be emailed to another office, Dr. Britt's office emailed them fast and free. From dental work to administrative, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shanna Britt's office. After having not seen a dentist in years, I can finally say I’m no longer scared anymore. Dr. Britt & her staff have been a blessing to me! She & her staff are compassionate & make me feel comfortable knowing my past history of being fearful of seeing a dentist. Went to Dr. Britt for 17 years. I had several veneers put on every year had to get one replaced. Eventually she grinned down all my real teeth and now I have nothing left but stumps. Recently she told me I should have had braces before put I got my veneers. It's a little too late now all my front teeth are gone, they are literally stumps. Beware! I'm looking for a new dentist and I would not recommend her to anyone.

Staff is awesome and the work they do Is too. Best dentist I've had in 40 years from the rooms and the staff treating you great to the finished job they've done for you. Just a great group of people who really care about your health. Incredible group, many thanks to the entire team!
