She was the on call doctor for LDS and my friend went in with terrible pain in her ovaries area. They took ct scans, ultrasound and bloodwork and sent her home. Took her back in couple of days with worse pain and they gave her another ultrasound and she reviewed them and sent her home again in horrible pain. Thank goodness the PA we saw sent her paperwork to her doctor in the same office and new there was something terribly wrong. She scheduled surgery for that night and her tube was twisted really bad and she had a huge mass in there. Thank goodness for Dr Rose she was a life saver. It seemed like Dr Tilly just didn’t want to be bothered she definitely didn’t care, go to someone else.

Friendly and efficient staff. Appointments start on schedule. Dr. Tilly is an amazing gynecologist and surgeon. She takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and treatment plans.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tilly’s for 5 years. My best friend who is a nurse recommended her. She has been by far the best health care provider I have ever had. She listens and doesn’t rush, answers questions and lays out all the options. As a woman who has chosen not to have children, I have felt judged, belittle and ignored by previous providers. Dr. Tilly is professional and supportive and has always made me feel comfortable and respected in my choice.

We absolutely love Dr. Shannon Tilly and staff. She has delivered 5 of our babies and we are so grateful for her care and passion. With our last baby she didn’t have much knowledge because we were not able to see her due to insurance but when things changed for us she was very thorough, great communication and would not leave a single stone unturned. Doctor Tilly is amazing! Our doctor was unable to deliver last minute so Doctor Tilly stepped in. From the first minute she entered the room, she brought a peace and confidence with her. She was so supportive and an amazing cheerleader throughout the whole experience. She came back multiple times over the next couple days to check in on us and see how we were doing. I’ve never felt pressured or unheard in any of my appointments and feel like she cares what’s best for me, individually. I love her straightforward answers and confidence with the knowledge she has. Dr. Tilley provided a great transition from my long therm provider who recently retired. Dr. Tilley gave a very thourough examination and additional follow up on findings of concern. The office was comfortable and the doctor conducted the visit in an efficient, yet not rushed way. I feel confident in the care I received and comfortable enough to speak up if I had questions. Dr. Tilley was very responsive to my concerns. I am grateful that she was accepted me as a patient nd expect to see her agin.

Dr. Shannon is an EXCEPTIONAL doctor. I had previously seen another one who didn’t act interested and the first question she asked me is where I was from instead of how I was feeling, it felt racist To me and she showed no care giving me results months later ????????‍♀️ but Doctor Shannon listened and gave several recommendations and my appointments were scheduled immediately. My whole experience with Dr. Tilley was memorable and easy. She makes every step of your pregnancy wonderful!! I would have 8 babies just to get to see her all the time. I recommend her to anyone and everyone for any OBGYN needs.

I cannot thank Dr. Tilly enough. I began seeing her at the very last leg of my pregnancy (at 37 weeks) and I am so grateful to her. My pregnancy suddenly had some risks at the very last minute and it was her knowledge and experience that helped me (and my baby) get through it. I know the reviews indicate that she can be rude, but that was really not my experience. Yes, she is not here to be your friend. She is here to be your doctor and make sure that both mommy and baby are well-taken care of. She answered all of my questions in detail and was very professional. Highly recommend.

Worst experience with this doctor I will not recommend it

I had an awful experience with this doctor as a young girl at 19. I had an appointment to talk about a procedure I needed done to remove a stuck nexplanon implant. As another review states, this doctor DOES NOT like questions. If you show any doubt in her skill, she will attack and demean you as the another review stated! I have a major anxiety disorder and had a hard time attending this appointment alone but I tried braving it on my own. This was a horrible mistake! The doctor attacked me because she wasn’t the one that had placed my implant and sensed my weakness. I CRIED through my whole appointment, out of fear! The doctor has a dark , scary personality that will only mesh with certain people, not many! She told me that I had a high possibility in losing feeling in my arm and hand due to this procedure, then when asked if she actually felt comfortable doing it, narcissistically, responded that there wouldn’t be anyone better! Even though she just told me that all these bad things would happen, all because she wasn’t the one that placed my implant! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR, EVER!! I turned my direction to a plastic surgeon instead for this issue, and he did amazing with no risk on complications! He reassured me in a way that dr. Tilly is incapable of! Two words...SECOND OPINION! Get one! I don’t know how she is at delivering babies, but for GYN issues all she wants to do is a hysterectomy. Thank heavens I got a second opinion!

Dr. Tilly delivered both my daughters, I was a high risk pregnancy and I always felt that I was taken care of. She provided an excellent level of care and I would highly recommend her as an OBGYN for anyone seeking a good doctor

I have visited some great ob-gyns in the past, but Dr. Tilly completely exceeded my expectations of what an ob-gyn should be. She made the pap smear and exam feel like a breeze -- an experience usually super unpleasant, even with the most gentle practitioners. It was like, "oh, we're done??" She has a phenomenal bedside manner and put my anxiety at ease. She knows how to talk to her patients and to listen to them -- a simple thing that goes by the wayside with most doctors. I've been seeing Dr. Tilly for 4 years now and she is incredible. I am childless by choice and she has been the only gynecologist in Utah that has treated me really well and never invalidated my other issues and concerns. Her office never fails to follow up or fit me in when I need them. Truly a godsend.

Dr. Tilly's style is very passive aggressive. She appears concerned but her temper is easily triggered. She does not like questions. She made some illogical conclusions without understanding the situation. If you are a person that has questions and would like to discuss all your options, be on notice, that if she does not like your question, she will attack you and demean you. The worse doctor I have ever had. Read deeper into her reviews. Other patients have complained of poor treatment. Dr. Tilly's style is very passive aggressive. She is amazing and wonderful she does everything in her power to make you feel comfortable and happy when you leave her office she has been my obgyn since i was 11years old and did fantastic with my first pregnancy i would gladly tell anyone to go to her hands down only obgyn that has cared about her clients health and well-being

I love love love Dr. Tilly. Her bed side manner is unparalleled, she's understanding, helpful, and very calming. I refuse to see anyone else, and continued to see her despite having an insurance change which she didn't accept. She's the best. Hands down.

Love Dr. Tilly. She came highly recommended from my other favorite OBGYN of all time, Dr. Gibson. I went to see her to talk about family planning and she was patient and really sweet. She answered all of my questions (I had TONS) and spent a lot of time with me.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I put my clothes back on and left without her even examining me. She was rude, condescending, and didn't recognize my concerns. When I told her, "I'm not an advocate of birth control." , she snapped back, "Well, are you an advocate of pain?" This just scratches the surface. I'd write more, but there isn't enough room.

Love Dr. Tilly. She is so patient and kind. She performed my c-section after a failed VBAC attempt and it went great.

She is the best. We experienced shoulder dystocia during the birth of my son, and she was so calm and composed (and also very practiced and knew exactly what she was doing) that I didn't even realize something scary was happening until after the whole thing was done. Both my son and I could have been lost but because she was our doctor, we are healthy and happy! I highly recommend her to anyone. She is the best. Dr Tilly is an excellent physician. She manages to perfectly balance professionalism with a warm, personal, understanding demeanor. Occasionally I would have to wait a little to see her, but she always made me feel like she had time to hear my concerns and discuss my condition. In the delivery room she was extremely reassuring and boosted my confidence. I easily trust her with my life; she is most capable. I would never see another doctor, if it were up to me!
