Sharleen St.Surin-Lord

I had three appointments with Dr. St. Surin-Lord. She is a great doctor. She has a great personality and particularly good chairside manners. She listens to your concerns and addresses them accordingly. My low score is due to how unorganized her office is run. My fist appointment in October 2020 went well. My second appointment was lengthy. I waited 1 1/2 hours to see the doctor. During my wait, I encountered a young lady at the front desk who speaks pleasant words but in a condescending tone. My third appointment did not happen. I arrived as scheduled on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. only to learn that the office was closed for the week; however, I was not informed of this change in schedule. To add insult to injury, I received a confirmation email prior to my appointment. On the upside, there were two young ladies at the front desk, one of which came to the door and apologized and offered to reschedule my appt. I respectively declined for obvious reasons.

My first appointment with Dr. St. Surin-Lord was in April and I am very satisfied with the care she has given me. She is attentive, answers all questions thoroughly, explains procedures and side effects of medication you may receive. Dr. St. Surin-Lord is very personable and values you as her patient. The office is very neat and clean. The staff is always very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. St. Surin-Lord if you are looking for a qualified and professional dermatologist.

My experience with Dr. Sharleen St. Surin-Lord was incredible. I am a 30 year old woman who had never had an dermatologist and she was sent my way via referral of another patient. Unsure of everything, I took the risk, because, honestly I had run our of options. Her consultation was informative, honest, and reassuring. Her skin care regime that she sent me home with has been working wonders. Even skin tone, little to no new breakouts, and it caused not weird or allergic reactions.

Dr. Sharleen St Surin-Lord, MD has demonstrated a high level of competence in her field. She takes the time to ask pertinent questions, recommends additional lab test as necessary to address the root cause of the issue. She sees her patients herself and do not push patients off on PA's as some doctors do. Additionally, Dr. Sharleen St Surin-Lord shows personal concern and is very friendly and her office staff and assistants are very pleasant and professional as well.

Dr. Surin-Lord is amazing. She has an overwhelming amount of knowledge in her field. She's always upbeat. She genuinely cares, and her staff is amazing as well. I wish she could be a doctor in other fields, because she's that amazing. A true mentor, and professional.
