EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! The staff and Dr K are amazing. I had dual fraxel laser treatment and filler.Heather, who did the fraxel was wonderful and caring. Robin is the bomb! She made me feel very comfortable and answered the many questions I had about the procedure and products I was interested in. Excellent medical office staff who are attentive and knowledgeable. Able to book an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Medical staff is knowledgeable and caring. They act with urgency and care.

Have been going to Skye for many years now, Dr. Kranendonk is the best - staff is great too, thanks to all for the great care and attention!

I don’t often do reviews, however, this one I wanted to do. This is a great practice. The staff is so friendly and the office runs so efficiently, always on time! And one of the few Dr’s that don’t make you wait forever in the exam room undressed! Can’t say enough good things about Dr Kranendonk!

I had a great facial with Kelly. She was on time and very professional. Dr K came in to talk to me about my skin care. Every time I have an appointment at this office it is always top notch! I highly recommend Dr K and her office.

A fee is required for a consultation. What is unsaid is that the fee can not be applied to products sold in the office, only to procedures. Everything is highly overpriced.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years. Dr. K and her staff are wonderful - I always feel safe and well-cared for at my appointments. I have had skin cancer surgery in addition to cosmetic treatments and am very happy with the advice given and results achieved. My family has been going to Skye Center for Derm. for a number of years. Beautiful and clean office with a very friendly and helpful staff! Appointments have always been on time and it's much appreciated.

Dr Kranendonk is terrific+so is her staff. I was referred to her because I had problems with fillers by a previous physician.She was able to successfully remove the bad filler ,A couple of months later I went back to her +she did the most fabulous job using fillers +Botox .I look Fresh,healthy +younger. She has been thorough in her exams, clear in her explanations of what she was doing and why it was necessary. Dr. Kranendonk always does a very thorough exam and i feel confident when she is completed that she did a detailed evaluation and she is very pleasant and makes me feel that I'm in good hands and very highly skilled.

I have been a patient at this office for about four years, for both necessary, and elective treatments for myself, and my wife. I arrived at the office on 8/7/18 for two excisions found to be basil cell. When Dr. Kranendonk came in the room after exchanging greetings I asked her to check an area on my forehead that was obviously blistered, and painful. She immediately went on a rant about doing two excisions, and only being paid for one due to her arrangement with United Healthcare. She asked me if I liked working for free. Wanting to have my forehead examined, I offered to reschedule the excisions, to which she replied she already had the sutures “out” at which point I offered to pay for the sutures. She still declined to examine me, saying the time was already blocked. (There was one person in the waiting room when I arrived). Later on in the week, feeling maybe I had a bad reaction to a new sunscreen, I attempted to treat myself with topical creams to no avail. On Sunday, while out of town it became obvious something was very wrong as I had shooting nerve pain around my eye socket, jaw, and neck. I called my PCP on Monday and arranged to see him after landing in West Palm. My Doctor diagnosed me with shingles. He was floored when I told him that Doctor Kranendonk refused to examine me, and told me I was extremely lucky that the virus attacked the nerve branch just above the eye, as opposed to the eye itself. He told me I was very unlucky to have not been treated at the first sign of symptoms, as I am now at risk for Post Herpetic Neuralgia. I’m 13 days into Shingles, and I’d say this is about the most persistent and excruciating pain I have experienced with the exception of spinal fusion. I will offer that Heather, the Doctor’s PA is extremely thorough, and very trustworthy, I would not hesitate to see her. After 40 plus years of suffering with psoriasis, Skye Center for Dermatology changed my life. After only one month I am almost free of the plaque, itching and pain from psoriasis. Also, Dr. K's staff is knowledgeable, polite, and caring. I always feel cared for when I am dealing with any staff.

Sky Dermatology is an excellent Dermatology. My daughter was diagnosed with Psoriasis while she was going to school at UF. We were both very concerned and anxious about her skin condition. After meeting with Heather at Sky Dermatology we both felt better about her condition. Heather was great about educating us on the diagnosis and all the treatments available to us. From the moment I stepped inside the employees were so welcoming from the front desk check in to the assistants and different physician employees. I have brought my children with me for annual check ups and they have been very accommodating to have them be with me in the office. I found the wait times to be short and I always receive quick call back information for any problems I made have had. The lobby is beautifully decorated. The extra that you see when you arrive is just the beginning. Everyone you encounter at your visit looks you in the eye and listens. I have Never been happier with my "new" dermatologist's office. As it sometimes happens, you pick doctors for either convenience, or because they're under your insurance, etc. In comparison, to my last doctor who was either too distracted or basically just egotistical to treat his patients, I was lead here out of frustration and yes, Dr. Kranendonk's office is convenient, However, the Treatment of respect is apparent from the time you walk in the front doors and are greet...

Everyone from the front desk, nurses and doctors are very warm and make you feel like an actual person not just another patient.

I trust Dr. Kranendonk to help me keep a youthful yet natural look. She is conservative in her approach so I will never look like I have had procedures. My friends comment to me on how great my skin looks on my face.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Skye Dermatology with Dr. Kranendonk and her staff. Dr. Kranendonk is both knowledgeable and caring.

I have been to this office a number of times for dermatology treatment. Everyone is friendly, caring, and helpful. Heather is an outstanding clinician; she recently performed a biopsy on my nose and diagnosed a melanoma early! She also performed a procedure that helped reduce the Rosacea I have been suffering with for 20 years . . . FINALLY it's under control. When my daughter was afraid to have a painful cyst drained, Dr. Kranendonk made her feel at ease, and she was patient with her during the procedure. My family won't go anywhere else! I've been a patient of Dr. Kranendonk's for about 6 years now. I see her and her nurse practitioner Heather for annual body screens and any issues that come up. They are both very professional, thorough, caring, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They take the time to address all of my medical and cosmetology concerns. The office staff is very friendly and courteous. I know how hard it is to find a great doctor you trust so I often recommend Skye Dermatology to my friends and family.

The first time I went here the doctor and staff was great. I was told they would even send me a reminder to come back in a year. Which is great for me being a mom of a toddler! Three years later and no reminder... I still didn't fault the office because maybe they had a wrong address and I could of remembered sooner. So I gave them another chance. I called and scheduled. I was happy they were able to get me in early because I do work a full time job and taking off or coming in late is really not an option for me. I was able to arrange someone to drop my daughter at day care so I could make it to my appointment. I was completely taking back and upset when I was told they didn't book my appointment right and not only that that they didn't have time for me! I understand they don't know what I went through just to get to the appointment but I did have an appointment and they rather me walk out instead of accommodating me when they were the ones who booked it wrong. I was made to feel like I don't matter so I guess they have enough patients that they don't need new patients or even some repeated patients. Dr. Kranendonk and her staff are excellent. I was recently was diagnosed and treated by the doctor for a basal cell skin cancer. She and her assistant were courteous and professional in their care. She also took the extra time to examine all of my skin surfaces. And, she kindly directed me to protect myself from the sun. I know there are many excellent dermatologists in the area, Dr. Kranendonk is A-OK in my book.
