Dr. Shawna Lynne Vanderhoof

Excellent doctor; friendly; knowledgeable; explains things well; takes time with the patients; I've never felt rushed. And, I'll probably get in trouble for mentioning this, but it does not hurt that she is beautiful, too. ;)

Dr. Vanderhhoof may be a qualified Optometrist but she doesn't know the first thing about running a practice and respecting her patients. My wife and I were left sitting in separate exam rooms for 40 minutes during which time no one came into the room to explain the delay. When I expressed my disappointment she stated " I'm sorry, it wasn't my fault other patients came late." Common sense would suggest that patients who come late should be made to wait until those who arrive on time are seen. Needless to say, we won't be coming back. Maybe having fewer patients will improve the wait time.
